Agreed. From 2010 and before but I had not seen the updates somehow? Though I remember the originals. I think when it comes together lovely people and places and happy endings it's such a great show. Lovely people and happy ever afters. Always makes me smile and the oxytocin flow which is priceless in this bonkers world.
Both couples seemed able to "go with the flow" and exercise patience in waiting to see what life would next surprise them with. Glad to see it worked out for both couples and that Phil was able to follow up.

One of the few times I've been just as happy to see the new addition to the family as the outcome of the house hunt. Excellent stuff.

I love that they got stuck in the Sierra Nevada's, the land that I love. What's great is that if a couple sees someone is stuck, often they will stop ( if they, themselves won't also get stuck), and help people get unstuck. Even though I had a permanently damaged spine, I have literally taught others how to get out of snowbanks and helped push their vehicles when necessary.
That's the code of the high country, and it is full of happy people.
Ben and Lucy are absolutely adorable. Their son is so cute and what a wonderful house and that great garden.
However, their neighbor’s front window is leaking water.
Revisiting 2-sets of London home-hunters affected by the looming Credit Crunch - Phil & Kirstie always make me laugh & feel good - thanks for sharing & I hope those guys are still doing well in these barmy 2023-times.

Still looking for an answer to my questions about how Kirstie and Phil get paid? They can't be doing it for nothing, even the filming is costing them time and money. I know the buyers pay the listing agent a fee, and there are closing costs, etc. I am a retired realtor here in NH. But, Kirstie and Phil have to make money, right?

I'm age 72. Trust me that you DO NOT want stairs and upstairs bathrooms/bedrroom(s.) You want a ground floor flat or home.
I'm 75 and would NEVER have a ground floor - the stairs keep me fit until of course I fall down them - until then, only stairs for this granny!
You DO NOT want a downstairs flat if you have noisy neighbours above.
Kirstie says she doesn’t have to be a marriage councillor or life coach this time - she doesn’t have to ant time. The arrogance!
