In this video I'm using the Black Diffusion Pro Mist filter from K&F. The filter I am using is the 1/8 strength.
I believe it's an extremely affordable tool you can add to your nighttime photography, as you can see in the video.

I honestly like their products. I have a good number of NDs and polarizers and they seem to help me as far as adding to my creativity and keeping me inspired to try new ideas and things.
