Honestly, "Always buy more tables" is starting to sound like a good rule of operation. Sure maybe you can't serve 7 tables at once, but it means less queue backup + you get more of your 1-tops in so you can get them back out quickly to make space again.
I liked that somehow they remembered they could use a sink to hold stuff but later when they got offered more sinks they didn't get them to hold stuff.
As I understand it, -2 burger symbols don't give an eating time debuff. It just means, that you need 2 additional burger symbols to get the eating time buff (5 symbols instead of 3)
Love how Ash puts single plates in regular sink and double plates in wash basin. Very efficient as wash basin cleans single plates at the same speed of cleaning 4 plates. Also tip if y’all are reading when u start washing the wash basin and add another plate the timer bar stays exactly the same. So cleaning one plate and adding more on quickens it
FYI research desk can be upgrade to discount desk/blueprint desk. Blueprint desk can help you get extra blueprint card which might be helpful.💌 As blueprint desk will advertise different blueprint throughout the day, and you just need to interact the desk to select extra blueprint that you want.

When you had a lot of money, you could have bought a sink to just put something in like you were already doing with fries. Then also you had the soaking sink to auto clean a plate.
BTW for the toppings, they don't have to be on the right plate. As long as they are for the same table, the side can be on the wrong dish and they'll still take it.

Little tip on the decoration buffs: The diamond and tie go together, while the burgers and home are paired as well. You can only have 1 set of them. So if you've got an item with homey, don't get an item with diamond. Also, getting -2 burgers, it's not a debuff, it just makes it more difficult to get a buff since you need 2 extra burgers. I find that getting diamonds/ties are more helpful but it's fun to vary Finally, I think it'd be fun to see u guys upgrade the research desk again because from what I understand, it can upgrade to multiple different things, not just the discount desk which y'all got last timw

I think maybe the biggest thing that could help you out with a couple seconds between orders is not to ring a costumer until you're ready to serve it. I think for the salad for example, you could only have one group waiting for the food at a time. Maybe it could be beneficial to wait until the bell goes down more to ring them, of course that's for normal days more on the start days where it just starts to get complicated, endgame I don't think it's smart because of the number of costumers...

since you can interact with the counters through an opening, could you help with chopping while on the other side of the kitchen? maybe you could chop thogether faster?

Next time the game won't be giving you counters just buy any extra tables, put them in the kitchen and use as provisional counters instead. If you turn off all the seats, the people will not want to sit there and you'll get an extra storage space with each table you buy Tables don't allow you to cut things though, so use them as the assembly and storage spaces only
You could have put a plate on the hob with fries to save up a space. Barrels and tables without chairs in the kitchen for more counter space. For salads, you may just cut up the vegetables at the dining area and serve the customers straight away.
