That was a 7.4 miles ascent to Smithbrook Tr junction and then the steep descent to the trailhead. You didn't say if you got new shoes.

Looking at Gaias. I think I see Diesels reroute which has lots of road walk. You still probably went over Spider Gap and re-acquired PCT just W of Cloudy Pass.
