Sir but I studied that due to binding of viruses to ACE2 receptors leads to down regulation of ACE2 eventually increase the ACE 1 , the increase in ACE 1 helps to convert angiotensin 1 to fully active angiotensin 2 causing the increased vascular pulmonary permeability

Three points: 1.- what do you think about the Hydroxychloroquine to treat the COVID 19. 2.- If someone got over it, is he / she totally free from getting it again and or passing the virus to someone else? 3.- Anyways to minimize the severity of the COVID 19 by taking some preventive steps to increase the physiology, such as increasing the immunity, food, exercises, sleeping well, etc. or other measures that you could recommend that have shown a correlation with better chances of prompt recovery?

This is a good presentation but it appears that this virus causes cardiac myositis and failure of oxygen to attach to hemoglobin in addition to respiratory failure. Understanding of pathogenesis is still evolving.
