So true. To be honest with our own humanity.
I heard myself saying once "I love humanity. Its people I can't be dealing with". 😆. It was my own humanity I couldn't accept. Since I learned I'm not broken so shouldn't feel unworthy, not a mistake so shouldn't feel shame, I'm not perfect so shouldn't feel rage. I'm human, I've learned that people are just people, like me, trying to do the best they can. Go easy people, you're ok✨💖✨

I am willing to give all in existence my love, but how can I remember?I meditate loads and notice every judge I still do, more aware, sensitive, I ate this man's meditations years. So I am not yet present, then I would cop it before it got out. Thank you Adya, the Wisdom of the Ages.
