Avalanche fan here. I've been watching since the start of the series, I like hearing your perspective. Good work.

From the 2019-20 NHL season onward I count 2 such series from which the winning teams came back from 3-1 down if affecting Canadian teams in that series or in a subsequent series, with a:
    - Habs' 2021 comeback from 3-1 down to the Leafs to win that opening-round series
    - Panthers' 2023 comeback from 3-1 down to the Bruins to win that opening-round series &, on the way to a Cup final, beat the Leafs and Canes

Winnipeg jets should just stuff all their players into the net. Cram Conners into the back at least he’d be buried. Play like that for 60 minutes. Go into OT 0-0. Might be some bruises but we won’t be outscored till OT. That’s the game plan.

Jets choices are to be aggressive and increase their chances of taking penalties, which will lead to goals against OR let up to stay out of the box and get bulldozed, which will lead to goals against.

When I say aggressive, I mean more in the sense of pressuring puck-carriers and closing off space, not necessarily looking for big hits.
