40 and 50 foot wide lots? With ugly homes on it on top of it you have to be kidding me why don’t you just attach the homes to each other and everybody can live in a commune.
Hi Alan We appreciate your opinion. We understand that not all buyers are looking for the same style home and that's okay! Some buyers are looking for smaller, lower maintenance yards with community amenities for social enjoyment, rather than maintaining them as part of their home where a large yard isn't necessary, but still offers more privacy than a townhouse.
