That 6.0 is a 500 lb/ft monster with full exhaust and cathedral port heads. 💪
Good lord she's strong 💪💪 Definitely a great camshaft. I need to get this 6.0 pulled out of this parts truck and get started on it.

I just recently threw together an engine for a friend just because I had the stuff laying around for good old beater work truck... 6.0 short block had a bad cam stop I put in a 4.8 cam and heads I had laying around and the low rpm tq, throttle response and mpg were all improved, he said it never ran this good and he's had it the last 200,000 miles. I built a similar 6.4 hemi for my truck, BGE truck short block. 5.7 cam and heads and it's a touring beast, better tq to get a heavy trailer moving from a stop, better throttle response, better mpg, less down shifting... that one ran so good that when a friend borrowed it while i was putting ties on his that he paid me to do the same thing to his truck. I'm about to experiment on another of my 6.4 hemis gonna use an srt8 long Block 5.7 cam so it will have even more compression and more airflow to see how it does.

My Ghost cam is 222/233 115+3 .600/.575 Lift and while I haven't had the Chevelle on the dyno yet, it works with the stock 4L80E converter, and has a strong powerband from 3000rpm-6500rpm and I set the limiter at 6800rpm.

I haven’t gotten it tuned right yet but I’m seeing really high EGT pre turbo running empty so I’m worried about towing. So far I’m not convinced with the heat issue I’m seeing. But I’m use to building and driving diesels (3406B cat) and seeing no more than 1200° EGT wide open throttle in Texas heat.
