Much easier and cheaper to just take a sharp pick and scratch off the corrosion from the metal connectors so bulb makes contact again.
... gotta dig that band-aid on the rf bumper. CLASSY
How to fix bulb socket or how to replace it? Fixing it would have been cleaning and removing rust, maybe some dielectric grease and reassemble.
Amy tutorial with socket that got wiring problem?like loose wire, mine need to wiggle a bit here n there to make it work

I have 2003 Cadillac CTS right front turn signal bulb keeps burning out in less than three times I use the turn signal.

How do you get the socket separated from the wiring harness? That's the hardest part of this whole thing.

+Angelo Martinez There should be a push lock on the black socket that the bulb socket is plugged into. Push it down and remove the socket.
Easy to just clean the contacts. 😊
My contacts are not getting good contact with the bulb. What can I use to pinch them closer together to make a better contact
Can corrosion still cause hyper flashing even though all lights work?
And it is NOT about a Headlight bulb socket as the title states
They're the same kind of socket on most cars.
With most DIY vids, you pretty much have to research more than one video. More often you'll find what you're looking for in the "comments."
