Hello UGM friends. Here's the 3rd of a 5-part video series by Urban Gardening Mom about growing herbs/ vegetables from kitchen scraps. (This is long overdue, as we had encountered a technical issue on the sounds. ) In this video, UGM shows how to grow green onions from kitchen scraps that you would normally discard after you use the leafy upper section. You don't have to buy green onions from now on because you can grow your own. Just pick them from your own garden when needed. Happy gardening!
