Was visiting NY a few months back and went to Brennan and Carrs, got only the roast beef. Asked for a side of au jus and that exact waiter says to me as he's bringing out the sandwich "don't worry, i kept it warm for ya" in the most comforting tone ever. It was perfectly doused, I was unnervingly calm, all was right with the world.
I'm having a hard time finding it "wholesome" watching a guy who's morbidly obese regularly gorge on artery clogging burgers for internet clicks. I know we're all here to enjoy dudes having a good time eating tasty burgers and no one wants a debbie downer in the comments, but this guy is literally killing himself in front of all of us and it's hard to feel excited about it.

George's burger show is the reason I've decided to get a Blackstone griddle and try out some of these regional works of hamburger artistry. And onion seems to be the prevailing theme in most of them. Great show with great presenters!

I recently picked up a Blackstone because I got tired of grease getting EVERYWHERE in my kitchen from cooking burgers on my cast iron plancha. Cleanup is SO much easier now. Also, if you have the opportunity (and you don't already do so) look into grinding your own beef blend. It's a major game changer. Even if you're just grinding chuck. Fresh ground tastes totally different that something pre-ground from the store.
Look. I love first we feast. Love the snack vids, hot ones, the taco series. But NOTHING gets me more excited than these burger vids. The burger has been my fav food since I was kid. Love the effort put into the visual story telling and the actual story telling. Plus, it gives me ideas on what I can do with my own burgers at home. Really appreciate this series from you guys 👌🥂🔥

The burger videos are the absolute best part of the first we feast channel hands down. Always excited to see a new one drop and I can't get enough of George. He's like the Yoda of burgers.
Just ask the Belgians, they came up with it. Pick the right spuds, cut them correctly, fry twice in beef talo. Not that hard, but takes commitment and few are willing to go that far for a fry.
One of my favorite things is seeing the different fonts they used to use for restaurant signs and menus! It's so nostalgic and gives us a peek into the evolution of marketing🍔

As someone who grew up in North Jersey, we used to go to White Manna after practice or a game and devour 4-5 and then feel like degenerates after, but it was worth it. Glad to see it get some love from George and Alvin. I also love the Jersey City spot (OG), but it's the potato buns here that take the dub, while the vibe at JC spot makes it more fun to sit down with friends. This spot, you usually just sit on your car hood and eat.
The combination of everyone involved in this video created pure magic. Kudos to the team that worked on this. All the right choices, all the right people. I was bombarded by positive energy the entire 20 minutes. Y'all are really putting in work

Best burger I’ve had in my life was from a food truck at the Rock Carnival & Food Truck Fest in Lakewood NJ about 7 yrs ago. 1/2 pounder, big slab of bacon, fried egg, Swiss and the guy’s self-made sauce. Took me at least 20 mins to eat it and my hands were totally grimy after. If you can find Good Mood = Good Food, don’t miss it!

Usually in these sorts of videos I'd say that I like the simplicity of one of the ones on the lower end but just looking at it, I genuinely believe that these are the best burgers in their respective price ranges and I would want to have all of them.
My bestie and I spent years in search of the best burger in LA. It was such a fun way to explore the cities’ different neighborhoods. Might be time to start looking for the best burger in the US.
one of the best burgers i've had was in East Atlanta Village. the Korean restaurant Gaja had a prefix menu for their 2yr anniversary and they had sliders with nothing but mozzarella and kimchi on a toasted bun. amazing
I first had a real slider in Livonia Michigan at Bates Burgers in the 1960’s. I moved west so I started making them at home and now we have 2 more generations that love them from grandmas kitchen!
George and Alvin are great together! Lots of knowledge and charisma! Alvin really needs to work to lose weight though. His skin condition is very off-putting. I know sometimes people can't help these things, but he needs to be working these things. He's a great guy with a great personality, so we want him to be the best he can be!

Morbid obesity…diabetes, hypertension, other issues ahead if he’s not dealing with them already. Looks like a ton of my patients. Unless there’s some other underlying condition, prevention and moderation is the best thing. It’s never too late to make changes.
It's a liitla sad to see Alvin struggle with everyday life moves due to his size. he can't lean forward over his plate, has to pick it up or use the napkin as a cover....still love him for his enthusiasm when it comes to burgers
