@@tinacaulshow Me joining EXP didn't work out, the gentleman who I partnered with has no idea how to launch a new member. Lucky for me, my Virginia RE license was not approved yet and I was able to withdraw my ICA with EXP. I finally joined KW Realty Centre, I figured that I can take advantage of their mentoring program and learn the RE business this 2021.

Those are also great, however, the SOUND on both the guests and the people asking questions in the Q&A is not good. Often times, turning up the sound doesn't help. So, for future videos, can you please use a different mic? Or... how about you repeat what the guest/audience member asks before you answer? Thank you! (I'm just trying to help.) Keep leading the way!

Funny enough, these are just our "in-house" mastermind training that we do for our agents in our network and were never meant to be recorded but once we decided to put them out there, people kept asking for them lol. We will definitely try to make them better if we get more serious about posting them. I'm glad they are helping :)

Every state / country has different rules and laws around this. Definitely check out your states prospecting / cold calling rules and laws before you do anything.
My rule of thumb is 25 per day for 5 days CONSISTENTLY for at least a year will jump start your business. Problem is that agents give up too soon and don’t work on their skills at the same time
Sorry Tina but I disagree with buying leads off Zillow how do you think they got the money to buy showing time. Cause of us being lazy and not putting in the work. This year is really going to test most agents character and separate the best from the weak, we have to do the work guys.
So many agents cannot afford to buy leads. Buying leads is a very profitable solution if you are trying to help many agents sell homes on a team however I never started buying them and know that individual agents don't need to in order to survive if they get better at their skills :)

You can use RedX or MOJO Dialer or Espresso Agent or Vulcan 7. There are many options :)

Social media is not a great strategy. Picking up the phone, learning how to help people is. You got this!

She's talking about contacts not numbers dialed. 1000 calls a month is super easy.
