Just wanted to take a second to thank you my guy. I'm a new father who no longer has time to play WoW and used to love trying to get all healers to 3000 so I'm sort of doing it by cheering you on instead! Please keep pumping these out!
I started played in DF s1 for the first time and ever since S2 I've done the same (since Hpal, my main has suffered a lot since S3)! Love playing all healers and comparing between them. Its insanely time consuming sometimes and every season I would probably olay less and less. Hope you have a nice time as a father :')

You were a Chad, made it to where I only had 4 people to heal! Thank you for sticking with it because before you joined the group, about 10 tanks joined, inspected me, then left lol
Really solid game play. I spend most of my time on a Prot Pal but enjoy healing on him too; I've avoided healing for a while because the really poor reputation - I'm going to have to give it another shot.
Yeah doing these videos has shown me that representation doesn't mean much at all! Resto Shaman is pretty popular with 12.5% of the player base but has the lowest max io of the healers. Meanwhile evoker has 4% of the player base and is 3rd overall!
I am 509 on my monk. I ran a 10 NO recently and had a DH take all the balls during the storm boss, call me bad when we wiped, said he "didn't realize it was a 509 carry", and left. I hope they see this video and realize ilvl was not the issue but I'm sure they won't realize their mistake.
I just actually face palmed lol. I think I had devoted aura selected and I swapped specs for a second and it got rid of it. Who knows what aura mastery was doing this whole key 🤣
I honestly don't know why you have so few subs. You deserve more. because you make good content. I've been watching you myself for a while and haven't had the sub clicked either.
I purposely decided to main my holy pally this season. I'm just shy of 3k right now, should hit that this week with a couple of tyr 13s done. I am not having any problems at all, none of the so-called mana issues, and enjoying it. I've been complemented so much over the last few weeks as the overall perception of holy pally is that they're garbage, but it's just not. At least at 'normal' higher key levels in the 10-15 range. Sure, jumping on my monk I can breeze keys, but I can really help carry pugs on my pally with his toolkit and short cds. The WoG buff was nice, not had a chance to see the difference yet, but I do think pallys need a few other tweaks, especially their damage. It's not nice when I can jump on my holy priest or monk and destroy my pallys dmg by 2 or 3 times. But yeh, holy pally.. better to play than people think :)
I think the overall healing buff paladins got is like 3% even less if you consider over healing. Its still a fun healer to play but i doubt it moves out of C tier.
I feel like if Holy Paladin spenders get too strong, the Holy Shock will have to hit like a wet noodle, and I don’t want that. I prefer Holy Shock being stronger than spenders because if you were to nerf Holy Shock a lot and buff spenders proportionally how would you keep your group alive in M+? Light of Dawn has never seemed like enough to carry any weight in M+ and you wouldn’t have enough charges of WoG to be spot healing your whole group, unless through beacon transfer. 🤷♂️
I honestly feel bad for the devs on this spec because you're 100% right, this class seems impossible to balance and make everyone happy. Either holy shock is good or spenders are, and you can't balance light of dawn for m+ or it's broken in raid and vise versa
@@LBNinja7 Honestly I think Holy Pallys woes are there, but greatly exaggerated. You can still do all but the highest keys (and maybe you could even do those). No matter which spec is 1% behind the rest, the community will cry the sky is falling about it. Honestly the fact Blizzard balances specs as well as they do with how complicated they’ve become is outstanding work imo.
Maan, u buy fyrakks trinket, talk about it a lot at the start and proceed to use it 2 times in whole dungeon. It gives massive shield and even can top Hpala's DPS (at least for me). USE IT MOAR!
"They inspect me,saw my ilvl and then leave" yeah, it happens and it happens often. Turns out, many people was doing up to 10 keys in low ilvl in the first weeks ! The other day played eith a tank friend who just returned to the game. He was 453. Of course nobody wanted to stay in the group (and I told him, since getting to 480 using heroics and weekly its really easy, but hes stubborn). We managed to time a couple of 8s like that without really much issue (well he suffered, but still didnd die lmao). Item lvl is overrated if you know how to play your class. (Pikawarr once timed a world first key by accident with his undergeared prot pal for example)
Of course its doable if the other party member pickup the slack. If i group with a bad tank or under geared tank as a healer i mostly spend my dps time on babysitting them so in the end its just my dps that suffers which isnt all that great anyway as healer.
Item level is overrated especially when you have full tier set, even if it's from the previous seasons as long as the target's dng scaling level doesn't surpass how your gear scales around it, something which also reveals the flaw of current scaling, which was f'ed since the first level squish it as made in the game. Love it when math reveal bs. Lovely video btw brother :)

Does aura mastery do anything when you don't have an active aura ? i see the tanks aura but yours doesn't look like its turned on? Great video though!

Yeah the Aug definitely helped a good bit there, but I don't wanna take anything away there. You did it without virtue, and that itself impresses me.

with my rshamy i was 460 and had no 2 or 4 set and did the same :D prepatch is bonkers

After doing my research, I have concluded that I timed a +9 halls tyrannical with a 479 holy paladin. I stand by my post. 🙂
