    Happy you are here. Serious vid and great content quality. ( sorry for bad synthax i'm french) . I play with modifiers and i can understand why they nerfed some items/sets. Ususally i play striker/ Elmo nor Bearer/Famas. while playing, I not feel really the nerfs on Striker. But especially with medium a long range modifiers a Lengmo/Pestilence & Famas Killer build ( Not Lengmo Glass Cannon but Lengmo Obliterate) is double damage/thicks. All weapons to expertise 27. This is only one God and His name is Lengmo. Most powerfull Combi. Double damage. So i can understand why. Bur agreed i'm a PVE player. Some nerfs were not necessary.

    Umbra brings a self-sustain to the table no other dps set can (maybe Fury+Gunner, but only on kill), and it's not just for PvP. I love the set, it's my favorite. I guess I'm a cultist? lol
    Oh, and I also enjoy the target management with Negotiators haha I find it superb in PvE as well, great at killing flankers and covering turtles.

      I ran a full crit damage negotiators build with diamondback for ages and it slaps like a mother, I dont get the hate for negotiators people are just lazy. Being able to kill a chunger in cover shooting at something else is PRICELESS. Not to mention neg damage ignires armour plate on doggo.

    i still use umbra knowing its worst than other dps sets just cause of how good that RPM feels + it fits my playstyle so well

    If they "balance" the gear again, it better be for tank builds and skill (mainly talking about turret/drone) builds getting buffed. With the whole expertise system, nerfing/buffing weapon damage builds is pointless because if something got nerfed, ur materials (exotic components) got wasted. If something got buffed that u weren't using, sure it could be better than what u are using but there is a possibility that it might get nerfed which means wasted materials (exotic components). Unless the devs actually play the game, they NEED TO listen to the community because relying on a piece of paper is bad. The reason it's bad is because the paper shows basic stats/performance while in the game it shows overall stats/performance.
    If I'm not mistaken they put out a sign up post for the community to give feedback and help give insight on how the game is/should be. I believe it's called ETF. But it looks like the devs are not using/listening to them or the people on the ETF don't play as much and giving bad feedback.

      Crit an enemy & crit another one then just spray into another enemy. It'll damage the other 2 enemies even through walls. Works well with Coyote's mask. You do 60% damage the other enemies & 112% with the backpack

    All this is fine. We now need to play solo, or "ask" every single person that joins fireteam to disable modifiers. Would love them to fix this nonsense, leader leads. I do most stuff solo, but don't want to NEED that to be the way

      @@Scrub_Nation and that's what seasons do tho, changes each time. I'm just glad they didnt make us start over at level 1, lol. Having new ways to play the game is great in my opinion, even tho it sucks we are still doing the same old boring missions

      The recal/optimisation station did bring the need for saving stuff down a bit though.

    The most frustrating aspect that makes me want to stop playing The Division 2 is how the developers change weapon and gear, even after players invest significant amounts of exotic components into upgrading these items. What’s worse, there’s no way to reclaim those exotic parts when dismantling an item, leaving all that hard-earned effort completely wasted.
    Why should I spend days or weeks farming exotic components, only for the item I invested them in to be nerfed later? It feels incredibly unfair and discouraging.
    A fair solution would be to allow players to recover at least the exotic components when dismantling an item after a nerf. Sure, I’d accept losing SHD calibration parts and other materials, but exotic components should be refunded. This would give players the flexibility to reinvest them into newly buffed items or other gear that aligns with the latest patch changes. It’s the least they can do to respect the time and effort players put into the game.

    How much more damage does a typical Strikers build do than the old 3 Prov setup? Considering the mobs still have the same health pools from WONY or even base game. Newer players won't have the same context but running something like DUA legendary or a Dark Hours now is markedly easier. Only Zoo/Tidal still hold a decent-ish challenge but even then that's more to do with the length vs DUA/Capitol, and the final rooms.

    What does “Tank builds” incorporate in your view?…
    Because a fully blue core rolled 2m armor Striker/Obliterate with Memento and Dark Winter, is absolutely destroying heroic and legendary content in both solo and group play.

      And if you roll those blue cores into red, you will destroy heroic and legendary even faster. "offense is the best defense".
      At the end of the day, do whatever you want and enjoy- that's what build diversity is.

      @@vik1ng313 no you won’t… Difference in TTK on a yellow heroic NPC between full red and full blue is 0,6-0,8 seconds. In a full red build you need to be constantly, or most of the time, in cover which wastes allot more time than that. Full blue Striker as above with 2m armor, 20% AOK, 36%PfE, 1.2m bonus armor from every token, you can run and gun through everything, only popping shield in the most tense situations.

      @@vik1ng313 I ran full Striker for years and was extremely surprised that there’s hardly any noticeable difference in TTK when Memento and Striker are stacked… You will notice it on the first 1-2 enemies ofc… But there’s a huge difference in survivability and the speed you can clear content.
      In group content I’m almost always on par with full reds due to no need for cover… And they sure like me taking all the fire from them.
      Try it out, the playstyle is very fun.

    Lately, i have noticed on heroic, the enemies seem to be more difficult to take down. Wonder if they silently upped their health and armor levels.

    Havent had time to watch your video yet dod, im at work. I would like to say that with the now expertise level 27 we are alot more powerful than the devs had anticipated which is why they keep trying to nerf or rework things.

      🫡Sup, Based on what I'm seeing for xbox players, clans and individual solo players (pve and pvp), the normal and majority average player you come across are no where near 27. Most are not even beyond 10-12 expertise if that. Many folk are not even god-rolled pieces across their full build. Potential Player Power and actual player playing power are seemingly incongruent. Thanks

      When someone talks about a gear set. 99% of time, it's with backpack and chest being utilized. So that being lessened = nerfed. It's not a lot... But he's not wrong
