Man I've been a huge fan of sepultura since 92 and was heartbroken when the split happen but seeing how max dont even try to sing anymore and speeds up all the old songs while this version of sepultura still musically sounds better and solid yeah the drums need more fullness and heavy but the old days are over with and I use to want a reunion but seeing how max and Igor play now its would be a let down unless they really came together with Paulo and kisser to make it awesome

That's fucking shame. Sepultura played it better than Cavalera Conspiracy. Max started to getting old too early. Sepultura still has its energy.

Sepultura was created by Cavalera brothers, Andreas Kisser helped them to reach the top, but it's not the same.

COFF COFFF SEPULTURA was created by PAULO JR alongside of JAIRO T (their first lead guitarist) in 1984, but then Paulo meeted Cavalera Bros. and then they started to compose music. maybe the Sepultura´s songs are created by them all, but the band and the name "Sepultura" was created by PAULO JR.

Obviamente sempre iremos nos remeter a época do Sepultura com MAX e Igor. Fomos "criados" ouvindo Sepultura com sua formação original e realmente é do caralho. Agora, que o batera atual (Eloy Casagrande) assim como Jean são eximios baterisitas também, não há o que se falar.
Esta banda hace buenisimos covers de SEPULTURA.

I really don't ubderstand the people saying that is not Sepultura playing. Things change, people change, the guys are in perfect sync. The guys are having a visibility that never ever had before (except in Cavalera era). They released their new album, and that shit is fucking great, but the weird fanboys will say that is not a Sepultura album too, just cuz they can't accept other way of playing that don't be the Cavalera's way. Leave that shit behind and just enjoy the music, guys!

Está bien ejecutado, para ser un cover de Sepultua 2.0 a Sepultura, pero la voz de Derrick me pone de los nervios, y el batería es un matado y gran paquetazo.

Derick Green é um bom vocalista, tem lançado discos muito bons com o Sepultura, ao vivo não assassina os clássicos. O problema é comparar com a fase clássica, eu curto ambas as fases, gosto do Soulfly e do Cavalera Conspiracy. Se estão fazendo música Boa é isso que importa, se estão felizes afastados então que seja assim. Deep Purple é Deep Purple mesmo sem Blackmore e Lord, Megadeth é o mesmo sem Friedman e Menza, Slayer também. Quando a banda tem identidade e sabe o que os fãs querem ouvir, nada muda. Sepultura não é o mesmo? Sim, mudou obviamente, mas a essência está aí, continuam fazendo seu som característico. Não mudaram igual ao Morbid Angel no último disco, ou Metallica nos anos 90.
a casos e casos no caso do Deep Balckmore e Lord foram substituídos a altura, bem como no Megadeth que apesar das constantes trocas de formações, Mustaine sempre convocou bons músicos, já no caso do Sepultura é um pouco diferente, pois os grandes clássicos do Sepultura tiveram a mão dele, não que o Derick seja ruim o problema e que eu acho ele meio irregular ao vivo dai alguns pegaram essa cisma com ele.
O Andreas assassinou o Sepultura quando contratou um vocal fraco , sem uma guitarra base , sem presença de palco e um batera que só sabe meter porrada e não criou nada de novo , ainda vivem as custas dos Cavaleras.

Infelizmente quando uma banda atinge o MAINSTREAM, essa se torna um empresa.... Os irmãos CAVALERA tinha a alma do SEPULTURA... Agora com uma guitarra apenas, o som fica DISTORCIDO, diferente de antes com duas guitarras, que ficava realmente PESADO!!!

Derrick was wasted. The guy could have written his own ticket being one of the few black metal singers out there but instead gets looked at like an unworthy replacement in a Sepultura cover band. He's the Ronnie James Dio of 90's metal.
Ziggy Freecloud Dio had a successful solo career, unlike Derrick. And he could actually sing.

Y dónde está esa energía en Cavalera Conspiracy? Max está muerto hace mucho tiempo y todavía hay que escuchar a la gente diciendo que es mejor. Qué esperabas que hiciesen los otros? Que dejaran de tocar y de hacer discos? La evolución de Sepultura es mucho más relevamte que todos los discos de Soulfly donde Max se repitió una y otra vez. Los shows en vivo son deprimentes.

i find that there is too much hate against Derrick... i mean i get the way that people miss max and everything yno its understandable. however, i think that it should also be understood that Max left some big shoes to fill and that there arent many people who can fill them. Also what Derrick loses in terms of his vocals and how he sounds can be made up with his energy on stage and his enthusiasm... now im not saying that Derrick gives a 'better' live performance or anying but just that maybe he gets hated on too much... but thats just my opinion.
