Who ever replaced transmission first there is lots of numbers and letters like win….number, It’s on transmission that needs to be registered in the TCM (TCM is transmission computer ),than reset memory after that reset zero point calibration for steering angle than need road test to relearn TCM… I see you momentarily on that screen…..this new cars if you don’t do that things I mentioned above all the lights coming on.
This is internal SAS code , you will have to read and write a good file on the internal eeprom on the SAS board
Ok
yes you have to open the angle sensor read the eeprom , repair or reset the dump and write the file back and then manually rotate the sensor teeth and set it to zero degree by seeing it in Live Data in a scanner and fix it back with the clockspring centered too
Just a thought, when they took the transmission out they may of over rotated the steering wheel without the steering angle stops in the way. I know that on some GMCs this is possible when doing engine out work. Again, just a thought I could be way off.
I thank you for your info if spinning too much could damage the sensor wires
