Yes, From Bhopal to Dhanbad & vice versa.
I've travelled in this Train many times, but that time this Train had ICF rake.
When the Dhanbad - Chandrapura line was temporarily closed in between 2017-19, this Train had 6 Loco Reversals but after it's reopening in Feb. 2019, ab sirf 5 baar hi loco reversal hote hain.
Barmer yesventpur AC express (5 times)
It reverses direction of travel 5 times during its journey at Samdari Junction, Bhildi Junction, Palanpur Junction, Gadag Junction and Hubli Junction.

This train route has changed.Ab ye train vadodara ratlam hokar jati hai.Aur bhopal ke bajay sant hirdaram nagar se bypass hokar jati hai.3 bar loco reversal khatam ho gaye hai.

Maine Vasco da gama - Nizamuddin Goa super fast express se yatra ki hai.Is train me bhi bahut sare loc reversal hota hai
1) At Kulem station bunkar loco is attached at back due to ghat section
2) Bunker is detachged at Castel Rock Station
3) loco reversal at Londa
4) Again reversal at Pune
5) Than at Daud
6) & Finally electrical loco at Itarsi
But nw almost all these route are under electrification
In my view, it would be beneficial if there is a push-pull system where you have locomotive at both ends and the train can proceed further and time saving is also possible.
I think usage of diesel engine is the solution
It increase the demand of locomotives. It is more costly. Vande Bharat express ka system thik hai.. It moves in both sides
In nxt 10-12 years most passenger trains will b like metro trains/vande bharat, with distributed traction power & without locomotive....
And many new ring tracks around congested stations & crossing nodes will bypass goods trains in any direction without need of reversal....even excess locos could b used for push pull & both side driving without need of reversal

Previously this train stops @ Katni Jn where it's engine got also reversed.(Not @ Katni South Or Katni Murwara) During my college I traveled from BPL to ASN by this train.

Ahmedabad to yeshwanthpur via jalgaon, loco is electric till man mad, from manmad it is wdp4d . loco reversal at jalgaon

@@sikanderjaiswar776 Dear Sir, it has also reversal at Ujjain also. When it was going through Vadodara then it also had a reversal there. But now it doesn't touch Vadodara and goes through Chhayapuri so the reversal point at Vadodara is ended.... 🙏🙏

One of the most time taking train of Indian railways. It passes through my hometown Daltonganj. I have travelled two times in this train from Kolkata to hometown destination.. as this train takes a lot of time compaired to its substitute for my hometown, I prefer shaktipunj over this train.

Good information. But as per latest news this train has been rerouted permanently with 2 engine reversals at Chopan and Barkakana only.
This way, Barmer Yeswantpur express (3 reversals) and Goa express (3 reversals after Daund Chord line construction, earlier 4) will lead the charts...

Jabalpur M P. to Jaipur Raj. Dayodaya Exp. train goes thru the same process . First at Katni JN then at Bina aJuntn.then Kota Jn and finally at Sawai Madhopur Jn rly statns respectively.

I travelled in this train from ahemdabad to abu road it was hauled by Wdm3a of abr shed. But i had no idea that this train goes from some many loco reversal's through out its journey.thanks for the information.👍

KSR SBC-KIK FP, 3 Reversals. I travelled to Nagore from Salem Town. 3times rake Reversals
Yes I also travelled from this train from Ratlam Juction to Asansol juction....the time slot has huge margin .... Thats why before every big station it comes 30 to 40 min before time . Second on strach of bhopal Juction to Dhanbad Juction please carry food and water in sufficient amount... Otherwise you may be in trouble.
