Losing North Dakota

Sorry if you are from the great state of North Dakota, but this song isn’t about you… It was inspired by North Dakota being missing from a brand new child’s puzzle of the US. Yep, there are many puzzle references in the song. But the whole "North Dakota" think is actually used as a metaphor here. Now, what is the meta for, you might ask? I will leave it up to you to decipher or decrypt any meaning that you would like.
Oh, quick aside - if you follow carefully you may see that the chorus is sung by “her” the first three times and by “me” the last time. So those first three times, the “you” refers to the “me” of the song, i.e., “she” is saying, “I finally found you.” The last time it refers to “her” - although I always use third person for her, in that chorus I am telling her/agreeing with her that “I finally found you.” Got it?
Anyway, very much down and dirty - I recorded all parts in record time, so... Still, I hope you enjoy!

Thanks, David. It's funny, the progression pretty much wrote itself - it sounded right for the song - but it makes the melody of the chorus really weird! (Bb-A-G-Ab-Bb-Ab-A-B, etc...) Hmmm, a bouncing ball.... Nah - I have a hard enough time piecing together the little place-cards as they are. lol. I had forgotten those bouncing balls.
