- In Korea, small food stands selling various treats pop up on the streets in the winter.
One of them is hotteok! Watch this video to find out more about it.
Just thinking about the melted sugary goodness inside the dough just makes your mouth water. 🤤

✔ Ingredients of Dough (Makes 10 pancakes 4 inches in diameter)
2 cups (10 oz) wheat flour (bread flour or all-purpose flour), 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon yeast, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¾ cup warm water
✔ Filling
1+¼ cups (10 oz) brown sugar, 0.5 oz nuts, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon potato starch, ⅛ teaspoon salt
Tip. If potato starch is not available, you can replace it with corn starch or leave it out.

I made this today and it came out really well and tastier. I doubled the amounts on the recipe and I could make 23 hotteoks.even though I forgot to add corn starch and salt to the filling 😅 it was delicious and I'm gonna try it with ice cream as well. Thank you HYBE for this amazing recipe💜

반죽을 너무 많이 만드셨으면,
냉장고에 일주일 이상 보관 기능하고,
시간이 지날수록 반죽은 더 맛있게
숙성됩니다. 그때그때 두세개만 만들어
드시길 추천합니다.

Hoy por fin intenté hacerlos! Intenté con harina de arroz y fue un desastre 😅 recomiendo usar harina normal, aunque tampoco me funcionó muy bien, creo que fue mi culpa 🥲
