"Get up already! Jin made janchi guksu for us." | The BTS Recipe in KOREAN

You can often hear good news here and there in the month of May, when the new life of spring is well underway. This is also a popular month for weddings.
In Korea, it is common to serve ""janchi guksu"" at wedding receptions or community feasts.
This tradition comes from wishing for long life, just like the long noodles of janchi guksu.
Apparently, BTS members often make it themselves because this dish is easy to prepare with a mix of different vegetables.
How about making janchi guksu with hot-piping broth today with Jin?
✔ Janchi guksu ingredients (for 1 serving)
2 inches Korean zucchini or regular zucchini, ¼ onion, ¼ carrot, 3 oz kimchi, 2 inches green onion, 7 oz thin wheat noodles, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 5 cups water, ½ to 1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste
✔ Anchovy broth ingredients
40 anchovies for stock, 1 (4-inch) square dried kelp, 2 tablespoons soy sauce
✔ Spicy soy sauce ingredients
3 inches green onion, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame, ½ teaspoon minced garlic, ½ gochugaru(Korean chili powder)
