Remember that 4B11 Evo/Ralliart Engine we showed you a little while back with the broken valve and subsequent piston damage?
The owner has decided to take the opportunity to do some impressive upgrades including a stroker kit.

For everyone asking about the play-doh its really useful for getting into tiny places on cars for cleaning so i assume thats their purpose. And actually thats what play-doh was initially used for was cleaning :)

Just FYI, the 4B11 is not an Evo motor, the 4B11T is the Evo motor.. And if im not mistaken, the 4b11 did not come in the Ralliart either.

Alot more cylinder liner bracing than the Ford eco-boost open deck blocks. What would you say would be the limits of the 4b11 block before you need block mods like cylinder liners Brett?

Its for checking clearance between piston and valve

new pistons are fully forged, original pistons are OEM

OEM pistons good for 550 bhp. Better to spend the money on high specification conrods/head studs below this level.

In the USA the Ralliart is a cheap low hp car. Is this 4b11 going to be turbo?

the Ralliarts we got in Australia were turbo cars, but lower power compared to the evo X

Chances are the ralliArt turbo in the USA is the same as we have here with the 4B11 engine
