    Hi sir meri sister police bharti ke liye practice kar rahi hai 800 MTR , 100 MTR and gola fake ka activity hai . Exam mai . Last 1year se practices kar Rahi hai par achank last month se shin pain and joint pain leg mai ho raha hai workout mai turant kafi pain ho raha hai please help me sir . What can I do . Blood test bhi kiye b12 kam hai and calsium .. diet bhi chal raha hai par pain kam nahi hua . What can I do sir . Please help.

      zaida training, less warmup, less rest and poor diet. Yeah karan ho sakte hain. Abhi aap shin pe ice lagao.
      Mere channel pe shin splint ke do videos hain, woh dhyan se dekho aur inko follo karo.
