The hell are you getting on about? The number one most common statistic in adult prisoners is prior incarceration as a youth. These weren't reformatories, they were criminal factories. And have em do dangerous labour for no pay as well?

I was in there 78 - 80 then a borstal recall I went deerbolt borstal co Durham it done me no good infact I learned more about crime in both borstals
