Hey Good question... In order to dismantle the old valve seat you can go with electrode of Mild steel (General purpose) no.6013 If you don't have these electrodes you can use stainless steel rods too.
Hey firstly thanks for watching the video...regarding ur query...the inlet and exhaust vv can be distinguished by the profile of the seating surface.The exhaust vv has a larger tapered than suction vv....I have mentioned in the decarb as well as seat renewal video that u should do the punch marking before dismantling the valves...so do markings on vv before dismantling.
