She is an idol to me. One day I hope I have the pleaure to meet her in person and tell her how much of an impact she's having on my life.
I have been a runner my entire adult life and was hoping to get into some ultras but, unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease called SCA6 about two years ago (I inherited it from my dad). My neurologist told me to keep running until I started falling down and then I would have to reevaluate. I fell twice in ten days last July and stopped running. It has been such a heartbreak and watching videos like this makes me both happy and very sad. I have not given up completely, not yet. I am going to try again using walking poles but I have to wait till my frozen shoulder (from the second fall) thaws out. Long story short, thanks for the inspiration and the fantastic beer. We have a case of FKT in our fridge right now. Keep up the good work.

ocripcurrent atleast in scandinavia its pretty common that the woman keeps her last name or change to a double lastname. Is that not common in US?
