I had no idea humans could run the distances she runs at the pace she runs and not die. She amazes me with her talent and her wonderful way she approaches life.
@@John-bi8kw that’s like 3x the width of Rhode Island 😂 pretty impressive for someone who’s never ran before if you ask me, even if it’s 1 mile per day that’s better than nearly anybody
I have been a runner my entire adult life and was hoping to get into some ultras but, unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease called SCA6 about two years ago (I inherited it from my dad). My neurologist told me to keep running until I started falling down and then I would have to reevaluate. I fell twice in ten days last July and stopped running. It has been such a heartbreak and watching videos like this makes me both happy and very sad. I have not given up completely, not yet. I am going to try again using walking poles but I have to wait till my frozen shoulder (from the second fall) thaws out. Long story short, thanks for the inspiration and the fantastic beer. We have a case of FKT in our fridge right now. Keep up the good work.
Courtney. You are so ... normal (and yet exceptional) .. humble... etc. etc... an inspiration to us mere mortals. You keep smiling even when times are tough and they must be. Thank you
Awesome that you filmed the whole thing in Golden - N Table, Lookout, MW - Morrison Slide, Red Rocks, etc. It is inspiring when we see you running in the neighborhood and my kids are your biggest fans.
Im from 🇮🇳 india And if I hve to say that running is my religion... Then Terry fox Dean karnazes And Courtney... They all r my Hero.. MY GOD HUGE RESPECT FROM INDIA 🇮🇳
I needed that ! Thank you so much ! I needed somebody to tell me why I should keep running 🙏💪 Your an inspiration please keep sending your great vids 😊
You are so an inspiring person and always smiling! Thank you for that 😉 by the way, I agree that beer is a great motivation to come to the finish line 🍻
Its funny how they say "a beer to help us to the finish"... are they talking about a race or what? because I love my beer and nachos, but I don't think a beer is going to help push me to the finish of anything except the end of the night

"I get out the door everyday. No matter what". That, pretty much says it all.
I wish young people find her early in their lives. What an absolute gem of a person
Huge fan of Courtney she got me back into running! I have ran 100 miles since I first heard her on Joe Rogan.
Its my dream to run 100 miles
those are rookie numbers, you need to get those numbers up

@@John-bi8kw there’s no need for the negative comment. They’re starting the journey that’s one step closer to getting their numbers up

FiveSimms poles are a great idea. Keep it up.
She is my favourite runner and such an inspiration. So tough but seems to be a really nice person with it too. Legend.

Her ability to push through pain, accomplish amazing feats, and yet remain so humble, light hearted, and kind is remarkably inspiring.
Suffering = growth. Amen!
She is an idol to me. One day I hope I have the pleaure to meet her in person and tell her how much of an impact she's having on my life.
Probably the most bad ass athlete out there. Y’all couldn’t have made a better choice !

I was gifted this video today and I am so happy
Love Courtney, she's an inspiration to continue to push through tough times.
her attitude is golden
What a inspiration, she makes you want to be out there. Thanks
COURTNEY IS A SUPER HERO!! And for the record Courtney, my 2 young children strongly believe you are a superhero too!!
This is a real role model for young women, someone who is living her dream and not stuck in the beauty prison
You couldn’t have picked a cooler, more bad ass athlete to sponsor!
agreed.
Thanks for being an inspiration to all of us runners, Courtney! You are the baddest!
She's such an inspiration!
Courtney, superb athlete, seems a nice person. Kevin, LUCKY bloke 👍👍
"Patient training"
Includes not running 10 miles on day 1 even if you just watched a Goggins motivational.
Stay hard!
Even the David Goggins motivational where he talks about the time he ran a 100 mile race with no training (other than pumping iron).
This is what I needed today. Heading out for a run right now.

Great video! Loved it!
That was cool. Thanks.
She has splendid teeth.
So you're telling me you go running even if you have a slight cold? Incredible :)
Courtney is the best.
3:15 most epic 3second quote!! Yeah yeah
love you courtney
Technically speaking, I believe “sufferfest” (see the opening crawl) would be a noun, not an adjective, since by definition it’s “an activity.” :-)
This is what I came to the comments to say. Glad to see I wasn’t the only one that couldn’t leave that alone.
Great video as usual, just wished our local stores sold your beers.
Courtney is so rad
I'm learning to like the pain cave
Do you have to do an ultra to have. A sufferfest beer.
Yeap, learned a new running term, "beer gravity." Has Sufferfest made it to Austin, TX?
They're in almost every HEB!
@@annanistler8550 Will look for it.
mmmmm sufferfest blesses us at races in san diego. thank you sufferfest for that beer gravity .
Courtney!!!!
Although she doesn't know who I am, I want her to know that I love her
Courtney we love you allot ❤️🥞
Is Courtney going to attempt the Barkley Marathon in 2021?
Don’t know if Sufferfest has made it to New England?
Her teeth brighter than the 🌞
awesome
I love you.
She's a fuckin BOSSSS!

Shoes on your mat???
I like Courtney, she just goes out for a beer 200 miles later
At the very least...her hometown should name a school after her.

I thought she's going to say "pizza burger"
Sufferfest is most definitely a noun, not an adj
Tough lil cookie
sufferfest sells beer. I get it....
"I like your socks"
love courtney, the beer however was kinda gross
Road ultras are harder. Change my mind.
I always wondered why she hasn't taken her husband's last name yet
ocripcurrent atleast in scandinavia its pretty common that the woman keeps her last name or change to a double lastname. Is that not common in US?
@@Lina_903 not very common
Hope that next video is not sponsered by Marlborough
Choosing nachos over pizza. Not a great start
Ultra white teeth.....
I only clicked on this to see how leathery she is?
Suffering is useless, unless if it is done for the common good, for neighbor and most importantly for God.
