While “The Satan” in Ninja Kids might just be a translation glitch (Japanese doesn’t really have a definite article, so its usage in English can be unintuitive), it also aligns with the usage in the Hebrew Tanakh.
The book of Job refers to השטן (HaSatan), meaning something like “the adversary/accuser”. If you only translated the article, it would be “The Satan”.
    Just a neat little tidbit.

I remember playing Rohga Armor Force (Wolf Fang Kuhga 2001) years ago, and that game has ports in PS1 and Saturn, part of the same series as the shooter Vapor Trail. And as for Xexex, I remember playing it on the PSP Salamander Portable compilation. (Xexex did appear on the SNES BUT as a minigame in Ganbare Goemon 2.) Probably the most MOST underrated game from Capcom is Tiger Road, the Ghosts 'n Goblins unpopular brother (from the same creator Tokuro Fujiwara). Is a shame that Tiger Road was never ported to SNES (only and poorly to the TG16), is a short but very fun side-scroll fighting game (well is a 1987 game, so don't expect too much), with nice music and sound effects, and a hard to master jump as part of its proposal, and with an amazing Chinese folklore behind. At least Trojan had his own NES version, and GnG both NES and SNES: Tiger Road should have a sequel, remake, or a relaunch, other than the lost and forgotten hidden gem in Capcom's Classic Collection Vol. 2 for PS2. For me is a classic, and a must play game if you love the Side-scroll fighting genre. Cheers.

I didn't think there were any hidden gems left for me to find after 3 years of digging and then you show me Bay Route and Finest Hour. Definitely checking those out tonight! I discovered Heavy Smash a few months ago its so fun.

@SNES drunk Just a heads up for Hotdog Storm. Pilots use the term: "Hotdog" to describe someone that is being a daredevil or a risk taker or possibly even a show off. That's why it's named that way. Looks like an amazing Shump. I will have to try it out. Thanks for the video.

Vendetta is awsome. I love kicking people on the ground like you are mugging them! I completed it a while ago on an emulator and had all the players mapped to the same buttons so was controling 4 characters at once.

Ring of Destruction is awesome. Closer to a SF, but more aggressive since there aren't many kame attacks, and it has way more special grappling moves than your usual 2D fighter. Really nice combo system and mechanics.

I'll never forget how disappointed I was in how bad that port was.

I remember getting the NES version or to be more correct the Famicom version, expecting to be something like the arcade and boy we were in for a surprise, of course it was not before even we see any game magazines we were very young and living in a small town that you didn't get much of anything really. And after playing Tmnt2 the arcade game we thought that expecting an arcade port for the NES wasn't something outrageous

Hey man, are you gonna play the new Ghosts and Goblins game at all? I think it looks pretty cool though I'm waiting till I get paid before I buy it
Could he an interesting game to stream, since you're such a huge fan of super ghouls and ghosts. Other than the PSP game, this is basically the first home console sequel to super ghouls and ghosts. So I'd love to hear your thoughts on it

I first heard about Slam Masters 2 via MvCI rumors.
Prior to the announcement of the DLC characters, there were references in the game's files to such characters as Black Panther, Monster Hunter, etc, and Black Widow was among those names. Noticing that there were more Marvel characters than Capcom ones, people started assuming that "Black Widow" was referring to the Slam Masters 2 character so that it would even out.
But then it just turned out that no, it was in fact Natasha Romanoff, this whole fan-theory was a case of Epileptic Trees, and Crapcom just really wanted to piss off people with OCD.

Speaking of Pacman-Era things, there was this supposed sequel to Robotron named Blaster. It has nothing whatsoever to do with a twin stick shooter, but it's kinda like Space Harrier before Space Harrier and they actually mix things up beween levels so you have different objectives every time. This never really made it anywhere, even when they were tossing out compolations of older arcade games everywhere.

Wow, lots of things to comment on! Starting from the end, Heavy Smash looks like extreme handball (which is not a made up sport - I mean, all of them are, but you get the idea, as it was a olympic one back in 2016). It's funny to see Haggar and Vendetta in the same video because back in the day when I was still very much into Final Fight a friend of mine would say "FF is so last year, Vendetta is the real shit right now", and I kinda despised Vendetta for some time because of that, since I played it and thought it was cool but not as much as Final Fight. Looking backwards I acknowledge its quality.
Ninja Kids was the biggest surprise for me, never heard of it prior to the video and it looks like a lot of fun! Also, I was crossing my fingers to see some hotdog blast or a mustard beam on Hotdog Storm, but you can't always get what you want as it seems. Finally, did you mean Axelay instead of Gradius when speaking about selecting the weapon types before the stages on Rohga Armor Force? Well, I believe this is it. Great video as usual, have a good rest of your day!
