When Molly left Allears I wasn’t sure if I would still “tune in”, but Quincy stepped up to the plate, and she hit it out of the park! I hope I meet you in the parks someday!!

AllEars is fresh content daily. I love Molly and don't want to disparage Mammoth Club, but all their videos are starting to blend together. They all seem the same lately.
I cannot watch mammoth club because the way Alan describes food makes me cringe! I hate the voices/accents I’m sorry I’m not usually a rude person but it just gets under my skin! On the other hand I look forward to all ears videos and love That Quincy stepped up so much, the whole ensemble really makes great content together and I love the direction the channel went in after Molly left. Sorry for being rude about Alan, ahhh!!!
The Mammoth v Allears views would say otherwise
The All Ears crew is different than all the other content creators because they’re the most entertaining PLUS they’re informative.
Exactly it’s the perfect combo! The team just gets it!
And genuine! Those three things make them unequalled.

It’s funny to me how Quincy mentions the team viewing their job as silly sometimes when there are other “more important” jobs out there. I’m a physical therapist and during Covid the all ears videos were sometimes the only happy part of my day after a horrible work day. They were really there for me as a boost to keep going and stay positive- it takes all kinds of kinds to make the world go round.

I'm a longtime fan of All Ears. I used to use their website to plan trips and to scratch that Disney itch in between trips. Then started watching their TH-cam content which was even better than just reading blogs. It's great how far they've come over the years. I know a lot of people were disappointed when their main on-screen creator left to do her own channel. But, this "newer" crew of people are amazing and work so well together! And Quincy not only managing the team, but putting out so much content along with them is astounding. Then to see here that's she's truly as down to earth, funny, and personable as she comes across in her videos is wonderful. Not to mention a fellow DnD nerd! I can imagine those days can get exhausting. I just watched her and Emma's most recent coast-to-coast all 6 parks video and I felt exhausted for them. My favorite game they've done so far was The Price Is Right. Quincy and Emma were having so much fun while Sage was just trying to keep them focused on the game. It was hilarious. Great interview!
Exactly I feel the same way, this crew stepped up and kind of changed what they what we’re doing to fill a huge loss, their personalities our contagious. The price is right was great to! It was interesting to hear how ideas get pitched. Thank you for watching!

I “discovered” Quincy when they were doing duos with Molly (loved these videos 😢) and everytime there was a solo video of Quincy doing a resort tour I directly started the video right away! She has something special and funny that makes her a good youtuber (charisma).

I found Allears during the pandemic and Molly was the first one I saw. I liked her but I wasn't that interested until Quincy started appearing and I was all in. I go back and forth between who my favorite is as I love Emma, Breedlove cracks me up but in the end it's always Quincy. Her weirdness and humor always keeps me coming back to watch. Now only if she did a Comic-Con video. I know it's Disney but one episode of Quincy at MegaCon, I'd pay to watch that.
That’s when we found them, I wish she would mega con that would be amazing ..they are lol have different qualities that we admire.. but Quincy is what drew us in

A lot of people say they stopped watching when Molly left, but I must say I'm far more entertained watching All Ears now than her new venture. Every member of that team has a great, unique personality and you can tell the content they make brings them closer together. It's an amazing collaborative effort and I wish they got even more recognition for it. I just wish they'd go to Universal more, or hire someone that lives and breathes that resort as much as they do with Disney Parks. Universal has tons of details and history in their parks that is just as interesting as Disney's.
Their personalities are amazing, and yea have like a dedicated universal person would be a cool concept

Just came back from a trip. Was sad we didn't get to see anyone from all ears. The help they gave before the trip was immeasurable. Genie+, Lightning lanes, places to eat and even our resort was all picked due to reviews from them. Keep up the great work to everyone at all ears
I was kinda wondering about that. Like they’re there everyday. I was wondering if everyone who watches gets to see them. I guess Disney World is just soooo big.

Amazing interview. The AE cast is sooo great and friendly. I had the luck to meet Breedlove, Emma, Fry Bucket and Sage on Saturday night and they all exude that same energy Quincy does.

We met her during a vacation and she was very nice. My kids love the AllEars videos. They are kind of a big deal to my kiddos. I'm also a Simmer, so Quincy is even cooler than I originally thought.

In my family, we bond with our kids a lot with Disney. Taking trips, planning them, remembering them. All Ears videos is a way to keep that excitement with the kids going between the trips.

Allears/DFB just have a seriously different model it is more like a modern news/enteratinment organization I have watched lots of Disney content over the years but allears and DFB are the actual blueprint … and Quincy is the Queen! I go through phases where allears is literally my only form of entertainment for several weeks at a time I just need my 100% positive and fun Disney fix!!

I made similar comment on allears. But i remember when molly first left. Quincy was doing wish review. People were rude in comments because they wanted molly...But quincy and this team are so amazing!! They turned a change so many didn't want and turned it into success which isn't common. Congratulations Quincy and all ears team
Huge hurdle to overcome for them, but Quincy is a leader, you can see how she speaks how she Carrie’s herself.. the channel has changed alittle but it’s been amazing
This was wonderful! We ran into Quincy on a rainy day in MK and she was the sweetest! Took the time to stand and chat with us, and it meant the world to us! (I will say we ran into another content creator, who is very well known, but they not very kind or warm) Thank you for this interview and to AllEars for all they do ❤ They are so genuine and I love that!

I LOVED the murder mystery, take-off on the game of Clue. I had just started watching AllEars at that time and it really peaked my interest in the channel. Now, I watch every video soon after it is posted. Watching AllEars videos is the best way to go to Disney World. I will never go there in person.

I dont want to start a fake competition, but I did think Allears would fall apart once Molly left. I was wrong. I was waiting to see who would step up and be the 'face" of Allears and it's Quincy. I'd love to see more Breedlove since he's in my demographic like me but Quincy does a great job.

thanks to Allears and Mamoth club we have become disney pros, our first trip in July of 2021 on our first Magic Kingdom day we only rode 5 rides/Attractions and felt overwhelmed! we said NEVER AGAIN and when we came back a year later in June 2022 we rode 18 rides/ Attractions in MK our fist day and in our 6 day trip we did a total of 95 rides or attractions that week absolutly crushing that trip. we cant thank All ears enough !!

There are so many comments to say here. First of all, fantastic interview Anthony with Quincy. It popped up in my TH-cam feed, and I had just watched the 10 yr old plan our day with the All Ears video with Quincy and Sage last night. So I watched All Ears during the pandemic, and I continue to watch both All Ears, Mammoth Club , and other creator videos for Theme Parks content. Even though we're a family in Toronto and we went to Universal our first time last year. I love Quincy! As a people manager in a different space, I have much respect! As a Disney nerd, I love their videos because they combine fun with knowledge and Disney history! Once you have a basic understanding of how things work, their competition videos low key provide advanced tips and tricks along with so much fun! While I love Quincy and the ladies and would be psyched to meet them, I if I ran into Breedlove or RJay - I would so fan girl. I want to ask Breedlove for all of his secret tips on finding the best water and ice in the parks!

I think the viewer interactions can have pros and cons for the viewers also. I was sitting near Quincy outside of Cosmic Ray's on the first night of the Christmas Party. As much as I would have liked to have gone over and (very) quickly said hello, I also imagined that she was crazy busy that night and generally just felt bad about the timing - so I didn't. Even though I have no doubt she would've been very friendly, I still would've felt like I slowed her down during a really busy work event.

I seriously think AllEars should consider scaling back to videos 5 days a week (and they can do Tuesday to Saturday based on their premiere video schedule, if they like) because videos tend to get repetitive and/or start offering conflicting information--an example is one of their on-air personalities recommending rope dropping Star Tours at Hollywood Studios. Additionally, because of how much content they do, there is the natural need to escalate games like Gamemaster, Hide-and-Seek, and the like, which will become unsustainable.
That said, they do a lot of great work. After a return trip that was...somewhat less-than-magical (due to pandemic-related issues in 2021, NOT anything Disney did wrong), I thought I might be done with Disney. But the AllEars YT team have reignited my desire to go back.
Thanks for watching we got into all ears during pandemic as well, I like the games a lot but I think they will be debuting fresh new ones soon as well
