The allears crew are all class acts, Sage included! He’s incredibly funny, talented, and such a genuine person, a gem to meet in person. It’s so good to hear when some of your favorite influencers you turn to online struggle with the same feats you do, and how they look to better themselves every day just as we do! Next Tuesday going down for one night to see mnsshp. Take care of mother-in-law with dementia and can not leave house together without much intervention. Starting these one night trips to try and keep sanity. Gonna be tired. There will be coffee.

We beat you to Epcot by a day! We were there on the 20th! It was crazy busy especially in the evening as it got a little cooler. We were at AK on the 21st so we could leave early enough to make our ‘Ohana reservation that evening for our anniversary. ❤

At this point I feel like they purposely make Italy the worst booth at all the festivals almost as a troll job. Like they have expectations to meet as the universally most disliked booth. And it seems like Epcot really leaned into the trash can table for Food and Wine, saw a lot of videos with people saying that none of the tables that are usually around the front of World Showcase by the two gift shops weren't out, most of those videos were from the first week also so maybe they finally got around to putting them out but that decision is a head scratcher.

So, March of 2023 we went to Le Cellier and I ordered the Ribeye. I initially ordered it “Medium”, however our server asked me if she could make a suggestion? So, I said sure. She said that I should order the Ribeye “Medium Well”. I was shocked! I thought that was sacrilegious to order a steak medium let alone medium well!?She explained that because a ribeye has generally more fat, grizzle., etc that the longer it stays on the grill the more flavorful the steak will be, because leaving it on the grill longer will help melt the fat and it will then blend into the steak. Then she said, “Trust me, our chefs know what they’re doing”. So, naturally I said go for it! Well, holy s&$t!! It was literally the best damn ribeye I ever had! Absolutely delicious!! It had a nice char on the outside and the inside was juicy and so delicious!!

Sage, I’m the same way. Doing music a lot, I prefer to listen to podcasts or audiobooks or things like that. I actually prefer instrumental-only music to listen to if it’s music in the car. Or rat pack. Haha.

Thank you for keeping the conversation going about the Galactic Starcruiser. I hope Disney is listening and realizes how much they made a mistake in marketing and thus ending this unbelievable experience. The amount of training and preparation for such a groundbreaking experience must have been intense. I salute all of you who put your time into bringing us this life changing moment in our lives. I’m not very far into this but I have two comments I want to make. One, I’m so glad that you “wooed” after your first kiss. That is such an innocent, genuine reaction and everyone deserves that, even if your first kiss is on stage. So sweet! Second, not that my opinion matters here, but I think it’s probably really healthy and gives you a much better balance that in your free time you are doing something other than listening to music. I am a content creator and can relate in part. Loving this podcast!

I am bingeing all the allears interviews right now. This is my favorite so far (still have Quincy to go). I LOVE running into Breedlove in the parks. Idk if he actually remembers me or not (be he did recall I live in Nashville last time we met up, so maybe!), but he is always so welcoming and informative. And the fact that he just had that Magic Kingdom map handy, is hilarious! That’s such a “him” thing to do!

As a teacher and someone who loved being in theater in high school, it’s a relief to hear Sage talk about how stuttering can be an issue even for someone like him. Anxiety/overthinking and just that desire to perform well really play into it for me.

When I saw you were interviewing Sage, I definitely wanted to watch. When I saw how long the video was, I was disappointed, because I don’t have patience for podcast-like videos. However, once I started watching and listening to Sage, the time passed quickly because he is so interesting.

Sage is one big bundle of happy for me.
