I started watching you build the bench vise stand, didnt comment on it, but liked it. Good video, somehow It took me to this second video. I like what you have going on here so we subbed your chanel. Going to go find part one of this build and follow along. Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a blessed weekend Dale
The models WIll Myers used to create this design showed a great deal of practical wisdom from the old (I almost wrote "ye olde") woodworkers from centuries past. It still works today!
I think if you got in the habit of marking with a marking knife you'd have closer tolerances and tighter joints than you get with a carpenter's pencil. A hair here and there really adds up to gaps in the dovetails, etc.
Very nice
Thank you 😀
Not many people willing or skilled enough to do that, very nice build.
Thanks! I'm still learning as I go, as my next video will demonstrate clearly.
Good progress Dan
I'm really enjoying the process! Cheers!

That is a very interesting bench. Looking very good.
Yeah, an old German/Pennsylvania Dutch design.
Coming together very nice...great build.
Our mutual projects are the stylistically different, and yet really the same. I look forward to your next installment.
It's looking pretty good, thanks for sharing, take care 👍
Very nicely done
I like this style of bench!

You're welcome! It was worth the effort.
Awesome content buddy, very interesting
Thanks you! There will be later additions as I figure out the vise setup.
Looking Good...!!
Thanks, and I assume you mean the bench too 😎😁
Could you please send the project to me?

Lol did you kick things off with a Chinese Cooking Demystified allusion?
Yes! Yes I did! I hoped someone would get it.😃

AH! yeah I:m just bad at the cuts. I marked with a knife (aka longyao) but my saw skills are very loose.
Great job new friends 👫 have a nice day 👫🌻❤️👫🌻❤️🙏
