- Ever wondered how much horsepower @Shmee150's Huracan STO is running? Well today we're heading over to GAD Tuning to let this V10 scream and reveal some numbers!
Before we get on the road, Steve from Avantgarde has visited to check out the leak that was found underneath the SLS Black Series. Once jacked up and inspected, we're told that the leak is just water and shampoo from cleaning the car so nothing to worry about luckily.
It's a pretty cold and icy day, but that isn't going to stop us from enjoying the awesome V10 on our way to GAD. As we arrive, we randomly pass an Aventador SV followed by a Huracan EVO Spyder only for the stunning SV to join us at the workshop for the day.
Now the car's on the dyno, it's time for a couple of runs (and some flames) to find out exactly how much horsepower the Lamborghini Huracan STO is pushing...!

As a big fan of the channel, could I kindly ask a question: Why did Tim not remove the yellow wrap when he tried to sell the STO? The colour combination with black would look fantastic, compared to the current colour clash. Many thanks
New buyer has the option really, remove the wrap or leave it

It wasnt on there from the factory he wrapped the whole car and the yellow after he bought the car it was originally blue with orange bits did you guys not know that ?
@@shannacollins4741 Tim is a super smart guy, it was a clever ploy for views and social media conversation. Good on him I say! My question simply related to removing the yellow for sale - I don’t understand that.

Fun fact: GAD tuning can put a VF supercharger on the thing not that Tim would ever do that.

Yes and no. Yes for content but no for how much it increases Shmee's insurance rate.

When will people learn that flywheel horse power is a pointless figure on a dyno. It's a guess. You could have two cars on a dyno, both making a machine estimated 630 fly wheel power, but one will have an actual recorded 500 wheel power and the other 550 wheel power. Only the wheel power matters as that's the only number measured.
Brilliant got Steve from Avantgarde to drive 130 miles to just tell you it was jet wash and cleaning detergent
😂 Not quite, I was in central London looking at 2 other clients cars so it was a hop, skip and a jump to Tim’s place to check. (I also wanted to see the Zenvo in the flesh..)

Who was bouncing off the limiter? If your referring to me on the dyno then yes for a sweep test or dyno run you need a snap shot of very low rpm to the red line

Let's hope Gad's dyno PC is a stand alone system as its clearly running Window 7 which is way out of support now. It's an open goal waiting to be hacked if its connected to the Internet! Love the sound of the V10 on full chat. Oh and that BMW sounded terrible! 😂

Numbers are instant unless he is doing corrected hp numbers which usually the computer does for you. so unless he is fudging the numbers more!! lol. SAE and STD needs to be showed when ppl give dyno numbers because one is non corrected and the other can is a corrected number to adjust for things like drivetrain loss fuel tires etc but it also allows the dyno operator to fudge the numbers
We have no control over this we cannot give arbitrary corrections so the dyno calculated and was within 2bhp so pretty damn good
Safety lesson one, don't get under a jacked up car unless it is under jack stands or ramps
That's the dirtiest STO I've ever seen - and it makes it all the better.

I’ve an idea, bare with me 😅. Get Chris Harris down your gaff, get them weapons on a trailer and take them and Chris to a racetrack and let them run free as the engineers and designers intended.😂 get a crowd funder for trailer and insurance costs. Shmee and the gang are brilliant at what they are doing, watching for years, but I’d love to see them track weapons being rung out to their true potential and shmee in the passenger seat 😂
Tim is pretty handy behind the wheel. Don’t underestimate him. He is very quick. Or unless you just mean you want Chris for sideways action. But then not sure they would want to be replacing tyres on all the cars at once.
