I'm cooking cabbage like a steak - it has a nice sear, and a parsley + garlic + olive oil sauce similar to algio e olio. Hope you enjoy!

4-5 garlic cloves
1-2 Tbsp butter
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
Dash of fish sauce
Neutral oil
