Introducing Smith & Sheth CRU Quinn Chardonnay

One of our great growers are Linda and Ian Quinn who own and farm the spectacular Two Terraces Vineyard in the Mangatahi sub-region of Hawke’s Bay. 2022 represents the first time we have sourced a nice volume of Chardonnay from them - a special block of heirloom Mendoza Chardonnay. A selection of three barrels of this parcel was made for our first Smith & Sheth CRU Quinn Chardonnay which immediately becomes part of our Grand Cru release, and the only Grand Cru wine from the 2022 vintage. Here, Steve Smith chats to Linda and Ian about this special place they call home and taste the first 2022 Smith & Sheth CRU Quinn Chardonnay.
