A wonderful property. I’d be happy living in the ‘barn’ 😀. I expect they’ve used a steel beam for that wide arch in the downstairs reception room. It’s one of the few rooms I’ve seen that would be ideal for my grand piano.

Less than a minute into your video I knew I was going to love this property. I think I may say this every week but this is perfect. I absolutely love dark wood and this has the dark wood doors and beams.. the long dark wood table and chairs. Terracotta floor tiles are beautiful. Those views are out of this world. The house is absolutely stunning! The exterior is immaculately manicured landscaping and the stonework and the arches on the outdoor spaces are exquisite. The interior living area with the fireplace, lovely the primary bedroom with a fireplace are wonderful. The reclaimed wooden doors, are remarkable and the iron work on the windows and throughout the property. The home is meticulously decorated, the neutral colors are calming and cozy. The house is just gorgeous. The other 2 buildings are cute, the barn was delightful with another fireplace (the Italian fireplaces are EVERYTHING we love fireplaces) ...the entire property is breathtaking, we are hooked and appreciate the care each owner puts into maintaining these one of a kind timeless properties...thanks Nick for bringing them to us to enjoy!

A lovely home. Love the reclaimed doors throughout the house and the reclaimed terracotta floors. We can see the shine on the terracotta roof tiles as well. The one thing that I thought was off was the remodeled kitchen, but it was beautiful. The views are outstanding, and I like the idea that it is so peaceful. The gardens look very nice as well. The barn, for sure, could be a separate home for guests. I really love this property; it is just gorgeous!

That is a classy property. The renovation is sooo mouth-wateringly stylish. What a setting. Nick thank you very much for sharing this with your audience.
This is my most favorite house on the channel and i thought the 1.9 Mil was a good price after seeing this house 2 years ago.. I love the view from the pool. Would change that Man cave into a recording studio and get permission to build another structur next to the recording studio and turn that into my fitness area. I would make that other building, where Nick did not have the keys, into a habitable space with 2 bedrooms and a shared Bathroom . I would also turn the bedroom downstairs next to the living room into an Office. And lastly I would put up a small prefab structure to the Back of the house to have a Laundry room.
I thought about double! 💥. That seems reasonable and soooo worth it. A beautiful place and so accommodating! I am continually impressed with how many bathrooms go along with the bedrooms, too. 💯❤️. I know I cannot purchase a property like that but I can try to construct like that one. Amazing details and loving warmth and vibrance from this home. I just cannot see the hiding details for the lighting and wires. A lot of them are magnetic track lights the supply is really concealed in detail. Thank you for sharing this loving home with us. Would change that Man cave into a recording studio and get permission to build another structur next to the recording studio and turn that into my fitness area. I would make that other building, where Nick did not have the keys, into a habitable space with 2 bedrooms and a shared Bathroom . I would also turn the bedroom downstairs next to the living room into an Office. And lastly I would put up a small prefab structure to the Back of the house to have a Laundry room.
I was already sold on the house just from the outside but that master bedroom 😍
I thought about double! 💥. That seems reasonable and soooo worth it. A beautiful place and so accommodating! I am continually impressed with how many bathrooms go along with the bedrooms, too. 💯❤️.

On another topic, putting a wide strip of very sticky tape, sticky side out around your ankles with catch all the little buggers that want to crawl on your legs….maybe 2 rounds, but it works! 👍

A lot of them are magnetic track lights the supply is really concealed in detail.

Okay, this one is at the top of my favorites. Those views! The design is easy and makes sense. I don't know about zoning/usage in Italy, but those "barns" would make fabulous short term rentals. Yes, yes, yes, this one is a winner. BTW, I have friends in Anghiari as I type. I shared one of your first videos ages ago and they, too, have become huge fans. They may actually be stalking you.
