I love this apartment! It is luxurious without being excessive. Even though the property is full of precious details, it still feels like a home. I am especially in love with the walnut-terracotta floor and the gorgeous sitting room. I can understand why a property like this would be hard to find in the market. With its features and location, i imagine it would be very difficult for the owner or this property to let it go.

Stunning property and tour.
This truly is so private and unique in the designs. Love the 'secret door' leading to kitchen and the room or bedroom for the chef, so he would have privacy as well as the family. It may change with family coming in of course, but as of now, it is this way.
The outside is very lovely. The office space and the top floor living area stood out as a very comfortable area to relax, even in the evening aft a long, busy day. This truly is a home in every way, and think you would forget it is an apartment, because you would have all the privacy ever needed or wanted. Just being steps to everything you may at times need is so important, and yet this keeps it all so easy, when you need to shop quickly!
Fantastic place for a large family to come to visit for those special times or maybe on Sundays after church?!! If you have small ones at home, then a special day is, every day! This is what will keep any family close!

why does a house need bullet proof windows?
While it's a lovely kitchen, that particular tint of green, particularly on the walls, is virulent. The tiles, hand painted, or not are similarly repellent in color. The "upstairs" of the main room is entirely impractical and needs to be removed. Otherwise, a stellar property, especially given its location.
Colors are always the one thing we either love or hate - it's such a personal choice thing ! I'm a blue/green person, so I like that 'awful' color you hate - smile !
