Dave grohl was actually the drummer for this song. Taylor Hawkins wasn't with Foo fighters yet and Grohl didn't like the previous drummers version so he recorded his own drumming for it.

I stick another high hat just to my right were another rack tom woud usually be (roughly slightly to the left of her ride here) to do 16ths on, loads less tiring, and it's nice for little fills.
Dave was a madman for that.

4 years ago on 11/2. my dad died. One of the final memories I have of him and I together was going on a cruise ship. We were at a bar on the ship and there was a guy covering this song on an acoustic guitar. I've always loved this song. Thank you for this cover, you shredded this one.
