Fan spinng hota hai but display nahi aata hai to kya karana hoga kya problem hai check karne ke liye

Mere pass nvidia quadro p620 ha . Fan spin krty hain but black screen show hoti ha on krty hi .

Can voltage fluctuations in the pcie power connector kill the GPU core?
@@rarox0945 Yes, but its very rare, when GPU run on Full load voltage fluctuate around 0.5v to 0.7v. it depends on PWM Circuit of you GPU.
