helo sir my plot is in punjab, and mene registery plot ki 2018 ma krvali thi....uss tym registery, inteqal, niklvali thi byt possession letter k bare m pta nahi tha....naa builders ne bataya...ab mne vaha boundry wall krvana ha to vo bolre ha ki NOC lekr ao..Jb head ofc gya unke ab vo bolre ha apki trf se IFMS charges nd maintaince charges due ha vo pay kro....and NOC he letter of possession hoti ha..pls guide
