  • इस प्रोपेर्टी फ्रॉड की सच्ची घटना में एक 10 साल पुरानी रजिस्ट्री को चैलेंज कर दिया।इस मे इल्ज़ाम लगाया गया है कि यह रजिस्ट्री,जो 10 साल पहिले हूई थी वो गलत आदमी खड़ा किया गया था। इस रजिस्ट्री के base पर बाकी 3 रजिस्ट्रियां भी प्रभावित हुईं हैं। जाने पूरा मामला।

    वास्तव में यह बहुत बड़ा धोखा है । इस प्रकार के केस में जबरन फंसाया जाता है किंतु उसका कोई आधार नहीं होता । जमीन खरीदने वाले से पैसा एंढ़ ने के लिए यह काम किया जाता है ऐसे लोग पैसा लेकर अपना केस वापस ले लेते हैं ।

    2006 me family ne Delhi ki ek unauthorised colony me GPA Property (Mkaan) kharida. Aaj hme pta chla ki uske to documents hi complete nhi hai, total 6-7 document hai. Ab sale krne me problem aa rhi hai. Pls give some solution how to complete documents.

    Hello sir,
    We (me and my brother) bought a land in 1996 and registered it with six kewalas (me and my wife, my brother and his wife and two kewala on the name of our mother ) Now my mother has died and my brother has started construction home on the land registered on his and his wife name. Due to which my land gets locked and it has no exit for road. We requested our brother to give 4 by 4 sq feet space and in return take an equal area from my land. But my brother does not agree and he is constructing home so that my land gets wasted and i will have to ultimately loose the property or will have to sell him only since no one will buy that land. Please advise

      He can only be sent to jail.. victim money is lost..no one can recover..also E can fight case till supreme court so he can escape as these types of cases are pending in courts from 30-40 years..E can drag cases from district to supreme court till his end..

    Sir me & my 6 friends have bough 5 khatta each person land in siliguri in 2013 all deed paper was given at that time to us its with us but today LR called us and told Us in deed paper 322 no land is mentioned owner of this land is farmer... And land which was given in our location it is 321 which is vested land.. Now what to do sir? How to know whether this person who is coming from land survey deptt is speaking truth or not? If its done fraud how to refund our money from that missing owner who sold that land to us in 2013
