let me further define things being angry at a situation isn't the same as anger at a person, the person who murdered your nephew probably didn't mean to, a flash of anger isn't the same as intent.

Was scrolling through Instagram and saw a comment on Ronda Rousey latest post about GRUMPTION and a post by GriefPreacher using the word Grumption to forgive a murder and then telling people to search TH-cam for "One Punch Murder". I stopped and reread the comment because I normally don't go check out product or talks people suggest but for some reason I did and Absolutely Powerful. Not only did your words resonate with me, touch me and empower me I also have requested to follow on Instagram. I lost my father ti Cancer and he never smoked, drank or did anything to cause him to become sick; he's been "sleep" for almost two years now and I've carried so much pain, suffering and hate with me about his lost because I never understood why...why my father was dealt such a crappy hand. But listening to you preach about forgiveness, that time is so precious and family that today at this moment I forgive my father for leaving me. Forgive him for being in so much pain and suffering the last few years of his life. Forgive him for being so brave and strong for me and my family on his last day before going to sleep. Forgive him for leaving me because he left because it was his tine and it's now my time to grow, be stronger and be brave for what life has to throw at me. So thank you GriefPreacher for giving me the greatest gift I could have asked for...my life back. God Bless you, your family and Connor.

A fabulous speech delivered with passion. One of the best TEDTalks I’ve seen actually. However, I do query the story about organ donation and specifically about the lives that Connor saved. Because that organ donation didn’t save his life. We somehow seem to assume that somebody has died when the organs are removed for donation but I thought about it for a long time and realised that of course the donor is not dead when the organs are removed. They kept alive. Because once you’re dead your organs are dying and they can’t Be removed and used again.
Connor might have been on the verge of dying and with no hope of recovery but he was still alive when those organs were removed and that was what killed him. And it’s why I will never agreed to donate my organs.

Thank you so much for your comment. I really appreciate the kindness you showed.
I’ll just clear up the organ donation scenario. Connors brain stem was ruptured, and was completely “brain dead” but the life support machine is what kept his body “alive”… or just merely functioning. But In the grand scheme of things as soon as his head hit the floor when he was punched, he was theoretically dead from then on. No chance of ever coming back to consciousness again. So Connor wasn’t on the “verge” of dying. He was completely and utterly brain dead, and his body was being kept functioning “artificially”
