heading to Sokcho in a few weeks. Can you advise me on which terminal you had gone to for the bus? I know it's Express Bus Terminal but was it the Gyeongbu line? Can't seem to figure it out.
We just want to get there at a particular time in the morning and try and hike that same day if we can. But getting confused about where to catch it. We are staying overnight then heading back to Seoul. So the hike takes about 2hrs up? Does that plan sound realistic?
@@l_tran8234 Yes the hike is definitely doable in a day even if coming from Seoul that morning. Just try to catch an early bus in the morning so that you can take your time on the hike. The buses from Sokcho to Seoraksan National Park are quite frequent as well so that's not an issue.

Hey @l_tran8234! we took the Dongbu express bus (cheapest ticket) from platform 19 at the Express Bus Terminal. Hope this helps! 😊
