Eating the BEST KOREAN STREET FOOD in SEOUL

- I ate my way through Korean traditional markets only eating the best korean street food in Seoul. I went to shinchang market located in north east of seoul and gwangjang market. I recommend you go check out shinchang market when you're in Seoul because it's not crowded and you'll be able to get a taste for local street delights. Gwangjang market is also definitely a place you need to go visit, but the real tip is to go later at night to avoid the crowds and enjoy the ~real vibes~

I don't eat much myself (i struggle with sensory issues) but for some reason watching people enjoy food helps me become hungry, then i always wind up craving Korean food or whatever im watching XD.

Uncle is exacrly the sort of person you want to meet while in korea. An ahjusshi fought for us in dongdaemun station so we didn't have to go up the lift separately as we had loads of baggage.

There are more restaurants in Korea than in the United States. There are more fried chicken joints than McDonald's in the world. Best to get a local to guide you. TH-camr tourist videos are a pretty bad guide to Korean food. Seriously, avoid the tourist traps.
I did a guided tour in one of the food stalls in Seoul. Absolutely recommend, there’s a billion good spots. You really can’t go wrong

We can see your nerdiness, like a well spoken scientist, of food. Keep it up! Tho u know u got this girl! And yes U NEED YOUR OWN TV SHOWS just to travel around the world geeking about food.
I love it when you go into these local street food places. I’m literally saving all the places that you have recommended to us for our family Southeast Asia trip. Now all I need from you is recommendations to some nice hotels that has some really delicious restaurants all in one hotel & I trust your judgment so hopefully we all can see a video of you going to hotels with good eats soon.
Can we somehow petition a small media company to give Dooby her own miniseries?
As with all these videos, loved it! Loved learning about the different places, the types of food, the mindsets, just the general differences in culture.
I hope you’re able to do more of these videos, maybe a bit further afield in different cities/locations in Korea too!

This was truly so amazing! I love the night mrkt vlogs cuz it really shows the essence of how amazing the communities are. Between that grandpa recommending how to eat the dish, too all the laughs and smiles shared with that lady who made the ramen, to even other patrons/customers eating around you. I makes me wish the states were that tight knit.

Sundaeguk reminds me a lot of mexican food we also make use of every part of the animal including their intestines & their blood & we love pig skin its nice to know other cultures appreciate it just as much!

I often make membosa (sp?) after watching your short; I've seen it made plenty of times, but yours is the crunchiest and best version. I'm getting up there in years and hope I can visit Korea soon because I have fallen in love with the people, the food and the scenery, all from watching videos and documentaries on TV. The little city I live in has 4 Korean restaurants which is amazing considering that we're not very culturally diverse. I think that's why I miss living in Toronto. Tina, you've inspired me to cook so many meals by watching what you do, very carefully.

I bought house slippers in Gwangjang Market 🤣 Also the plain little square brown biscuits (i really don't know the name) in a big packaging just 2,000 won the ones offered in some fried chicken resto unlimited aside from radish pickels... bought 5 packs of it and it is so good. And a lot too!
