So this should sum up the difference between NYC and California: I'm a life long Manhattaner (chelsea/greenwich village) I remember when I was 11 we went to California for the first time, and remember as soon as we got out of the airport (SF) and our drive to Santa Clara was the difference was like going from a third world country to a first world country. It was like wow!! this is so beautiful, people are nicer, less harsh and overall I just never wanted to leave, fast forward to me being an adult, and still in Chelsea, I still feel the same way when I visit California, I think people are generally much happier there. There's a harshness to the east coast which can be very emotionally taxing.
CA people either very kind (wave, let pedestrians cross, smile) or very rude (cut you off, flip you off, drive through the cross walk as soon as you walk by)
So obviously Southern California right? As a native San Franciscan I get kinda frustrated when people just generalize as “California”. Cali is huuuuge and northern, southern (and central 😒) are all so,so different
correct we were in southern California! yea we totally get that! California is HUGE, so it's hard to just generalize but for the sake of searchability, we wanted to just keep our experience pretty general. Such a good question though, I'm glad you asked!
Wow! You gained a new subscriber. I have been praying over moving to NYC or San Diego, and for some reason I feel this nudge to NYC, even though it terrifies me and I would prefer to move to SD. Either way, this was very encouraging. Loved the vid!
As someone who loves to drive and loves nice weather, I thought LA was the move. However, I’ve never had road rage like I do since driving here😂 It definitely takes way too long to get anywhere no matter where you live and there is no sense of community when everyone is in their cars and own little world. Gonna give NY a try
I don’t recommend I’m from California to nyc . 😢😢😢 it’s stressing , bad and and terrible . The road here are worst people Are rude as fuck. I hate nyc . I hate it . Don’t recommend unless you have the mentality in NYC .
100% no this does not align with our views! We stand against what the confederate flag stands for. We genuinely thought it was an American flag when editing the video, but now looking at it, we see why you asked this question! It was a random car on the side of the street that we thought was a fun color. It seems like the flag with 13 stars is not a confederate flag, however, we are now aware that it can be offensive to many, due to the indication of the 13 colonies, etc. We’re sorry we didn’t pay closer attention to the details of the flag! We hope you still enjoyed the video. And thank you for watching our content and bringing this to our attention!
We went ahead and blurred out the flag so there is no confusion. It might take a few hours for this to render but it should be blurred by the end of the day. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!
Why do you show the beach in California why don't you show LA or San Francisco or even San Diego the cities I'm sure you don't get any type of peace and tranquility there

Chelsea Sucks. Was born and raised there. Went to PS11 and the place sucks. California is 10 time better. I’m out soon.

What are your favorite parts about living in California or New York?
Fall is my favorite season also, to live in a area where I don’t get to experience it every year is a bit discouraging.
Yes! I love this

I love your content but why is there a clip of the confederate flag at 1:59..? Was that intentional/aligned with your views?
