And he lived in all different parts of NYC he loved it so much then he moved to LA and I was born here hahahah it's very interesting in our house...it's disturbing but I was made in nyc and delivered in LA,I was almost from the big apple but he has a pride for nyc. Whenever someone as much as brings it up or tells us they're from there he starts going off about his stories and talks so lovingly of it

Honestly, New Yorkers do have an accent obviously, just like everyone does but it certainly is not the Italian accent. If you've lived here long enough, like I have, you hear it frequently on the trains and such. I have that slight accent too. I'm not sure how to describe it though.
