Similar for IE - ideal damage if you are just autoing an enemy with criting autos, but in LoL in 2023 - enemies, and volibear all die too fast for that to happen, so pivoting to tankiness later on/utility like a spellshield actually gives you more damage overall

hello Volibear main here with 970k with basically only top lane and only started when voli got reworked. Voli is so fun for being able to build literally any item. Its nice to see someone else doing fun builds

I love your videos on people who break metas or find out different good builds for champions, its refreshing to see. But at the same time, I loathe it because i know that some people will try to play these builds that these high skill, high mechanical players are making, and end up feeding or losing because they don't even understand the game fully yet. Especially in ranked. I know for a fact many don't even try to test these builds in normal games, because i've seen countless people who try builds they see top streamers and youtubers use in my games constantly lol. The only solution is opening yourself up to the randomness of soloq as these different picks provide the variety that makes league fun. There isn't a solution to teammates, only to your reaction to them
Yup Im open minded towards awkward picks in soloQ as I've been using them aswell (currently Quinn Jungle e.g.) But I 'analyze' them with an Off-meta critique eye. So I was sure that picking nidalee mid vs zed was a Bad Idea. And I was right when my nidalee mid went 0/8 and enemy Zed was Fed 🙃😂 But I trust my mates rather than start blaming them for their pick. I know what their Champ can and can not do so I know how to Play around that
I started in Season 2, and as soon as i saw Volibear at the shop, he was my 1st champion. Volibear is awesome! I did play him like this guy whole season 2 and 3 only Volibear but at the Twisted Tree Line map.
I have seen this crazy build for Volibear for the last 2 years by Godzu demolishing low elo players :)) Now they have a Master playing this makes it more impressive
I wonder what he’s up to nowadays. He lost prowler’s dash, which seems to be his favorite part of the build. Has he abandoned the pick after all this time or went on to maybe Galeforce. That at least has a dash but you don’t get nearly as much build path and other benefits from it.
I love full damage volibear. I usually go riftmaker nashors which gives enough damage to oneshot squishies and then mejai if im kinda fed and 2 tank items for survivability

It would be better damage but if you die faster you never get to use it. That's why edge of nights spellshield is so valuable - it lets you do more damage.
his build was inspired by Baus? that's good but i think this building style is pretty much an improved version so that's pretty great to avoid getting negtive kda

RIP prowlers claw, one of the most fun and inventive items in the game. I enjoyed Prowlers claw Akali and yorick. It wasn't good on akali most games it would deal like 140 bonus damage, but the extra dash was just too fun and it didn't interfere with actually winning and doing well. It was fun on yorick to flash, dash, and cage someone then e them (or E before) and have all my boys jump in too.
Wouldnt prowlers into Black cleaver be good in this meta? prowlers letting you do crazy dmg and the cleaver giving you even more damage, shred but also a lot of health and ability haste.

During 2019 I tried dopamine fasting, it did work short term but ended masking mental health problems that I needed to address.
