The other guy undertook and turned right into oncoming traffic from the wrong lane, possibly running a red to do so (there's a car in the turn right lane that hasn't moved into position), and then fled the scene of the accident. How in the hell did the insurers come the conclusion of 50/50 fault? I could understand 10% for being in the wrong lane, maybe even 20%, but it's nowhere near 50%.
4:52 How do you know, he didn't look back? Also the traffic comes from the right back, not the left back. So why watching to the left back, if there is nothing (or should be) that could be harmed? That people can't just do whatever they want and create pure chaos and fire like this caveman here!
9:49 Jack just casually recording and posting him probably making another driver sh*t their pants behind a learner which is also probs sh***ting their pants and probably injuring the driver of the overtaker

The grey car in the last clip should not have tried to overtake there. I have driven along that road many times and there is a 30mph speed limit. You have to accelerate there to get up the hill, but it isn't apparent from the camera angle. The grey car should have either gone further ahead before pulling back in, or dopped back behind the cam-car.
The cammer in the last clip also increased their speed from 26mph to 30mph as the car was passing, which is the main cause of the collision. While the gray car was doing a stupid overtake, the cammer is equally at fault, if not more at fault.

I know the cammer's in the wrong lane, but it still allows him to go ahead.
Jack at the end needs to hand in his license! His ego damn near caused a head on collision!
4:52 How do you know, he didn't look back? Also the traffic comes from the right back, not the left back. So why watching to the left back, if there is nothing (or should be) that could be harmed? The reverse lights were on for at least two full seconds. The degenerated grandpa wasn't watching at all and just went in it recklessly! This is not just 100% but 200% fault of granny here. The reverse lights are not just a fine piece of decort! Exactly therefor are they, that the surrounding knows, he is gona back up. Why do you want him to have four pairs of eyes at each sight of his head? He is a human, this is a car and traffic and there are rules. And if others break them, it's not the fault of the one's who did everything correct! Exactly that's, why we have rules! That people can't just do whatever they want and create pure chaos and fire like this caveman here!
🏆 Kieran A top driving

Jack just casually recording and posting him probably making another driver sh*t their pants behind a learner which is also probs sh***ting their pants and probably injuring the driver of the overtaker
Jack was doing 26 and sped up to 30 to make sure he would crash into the overtaking car.
Ben you have all these cameras but use your phone to record the clip lol
What the pepper pig plate ashtray is Jack trying to achieve submitting a video of himself causing a crash 🤦♂️
8:55 and Ben starts to think he should stop playing computer games on his old Atari
6:01 Class 3, DVLA registered mobility scooter being well-driven and all perfectly legal. And yes, far better use of indicators and road positioning than some who drive big cars!
BMW is fine, he put on the flashers......and a yellow polo in 2 clips 🙃
9:57 agree that not how you overtake and I’m genuinely glad they got pit manoeuvred but man 😂 that was so unnecessary could of easily avoided it 😂
I can bet most of the drivers that cause a crash always blame it on someone else or something else rather than take responsibility for thier actions
@@SongDesire You do have to increase your speed there, but a 4mph increase shouldn't really be enough to make that much of a difference.
@Teapot-Dave you must be Jacks dad😂😂
Jack….. stubbornness got you nowhere !
Would be interested to know who was found at fault for Jack’s lol
Jack do more 😈
