Fergie has recently bought a £5million home in Mayfair using money she earned from one of the books she authored.
Since the tabloids have cause many to "reject" Prince Andrew, Fergie may one day remarry and redeem her ex. She still loves him but they could not remarry when PP was still alive. I think the HMTQ had approved of their remarriage.

Diana and Sarah were good friends--that's enough of a recommendation. She seems to be true to who she is unlike many others. It's always good to see her--and now she is trusted to care for the Queens' two Corgis. That also says so much about her character👍

I am glad that Sarah was there. And when they showed the corgis at the Queen’s coffin, I couldn’t hold back my tears.
Sarah made some mistakes in her younger years but she has never said a bad word about the RF or ever tried to blame others for the mistakes she made. I’m glad they included her. I’m sure the Queen made reference to her when planning her funeral.
But she has been supportive of her husband when he slept with a minor!
At least, she didn't try to justify her actions by shifting the blame on the RF?
Also I felt sorry for her the way the she got bad press in the 1990’s . She didn’t deserve it- she didn’t become bitter, just kept being her kind and sweet self and a Mother.

The late Queen left her corgis to her (and Andrew), I think that gesture tells us how much the Queen respected her and trusted her. You don't leave your fur babies to just anyone.
Duchess SF is an incredible author and philanthropist for under privileged children. During the Pandemic she had a fantastic reading time. Good that she could be with the Family and show her affection and appreciation of The Queen.

Elizabeth knew A LOT of people but had very few friends. Sarah became a friend who as a royal, could understand and BE a friend to the Queen. A very lonely position at the top for 70 years, particularly after Philip passed away. Sarah was at her funeral because Elizabeth wanted her friend to be there.

So pleased she was included. She was such a support to the two girls through this terrible loss. I admire her in many ways. In spite of her faux pas' she was incredibly likeable. I think the York's did a great job of co-parenting the two Princesses. That was a great and loving thing to do by putting them first. Bravo Fergie. Very glad you were close with HER MAJESTY. Good on you.

Andrew and Fergie gave the dogs to QE as gifts, so they are now taking them back to take care of.
@@gingersmith2888 I felt that that had been the plan all along. QE had said that she wouldn't get any more dogs because she didn't want to outlive them. The York family had it planned out. Such a sweet gesture.
Andrew gave those two corgis to the Queen as a present. He will take care of them. He walked with her every morning. Not sure if one was his or he has his own.
I think sarah (Fergie) would have been a great asset to the royal family had they not been too stiffer lipped. After her divorce she remained loyal to them all and a special connection with the queen. I wish her well because she's had a raw deal and she's a nice lady .
I'm please to see Sarah at the funeral. It is reported that she and Andrew have maintained a close, supportive relationship despite their divorce. Sarah has been a good mother to the Queens grandchildren. I can see why The Queen thought well enough of her to include her.
They are birds of a feather. Both Andrew and Sarah Ferguson had a friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. Sarah borrowed huge sums of money from Epstein, in an attempt to pay down her mountain of debt. She never paid the loans back, btw. She was then caught in a sting operation, trying to sell access to her royal ex-husband. That is why Prince Philip ostracized her from the family and banned her from William and Catherine’s wedding. The Queen, no doubt took pity on Sarah, as the mother of her grandchildren and she also appreciated Fergie’s loyalty to Andrew through the Virginia Giuffre debacle, although that was for self-serving reasons. Andrew repaid Fergie for her loyalty by calling her a “Fat Cow,” in front of journalists. They deserve each other. Hopefully, Charles will kick them out of Royal Lodge. Freeloaders.
Loved Fergie, loved the way she dropped back, while entering the church. Very gracious to others, showed real class.She was wild back in the day.

I'm glad Sarah was there! She deserved that right through her two daughters and that she has remained steadfast in her relationship with Andrew even though they divorced. She also was a strong supporter of Her Majesty and remained a true and faithful friend. I'm glad the Corgis will have a home that isn't far from their former home and will no doubt be doatted on by the Duke and Dutchess. It was a very sweet thing to do to gift Mick to Her Majesty after the death of Prince Phillip. I'm sure it made her final days better with a puppy to brighten the atmosphere! Now the Duke and Dutchess will have these sweet dogs to remember The Queen!

She is, at the very least, the mother of two of the Queen's grandaughters! She is family.
Sarah may have made some blunders over the years but she has always been very respectful of the RF and did a fine job raising admirable young ladies in the 2 princesses. To have an ex daughter in law saying such nice things about you only goes to show what a loving, forgiving and remarkable woman the queen was.

Sarah is skittish but means well. She remains close to Andrew and the Queen appreciated that and what a good mother she is. However Prince Philip was not so accommodating and kept her at arm's length.

@@set3777 Andrew referred to Fergie as a “Fat Cow,” in front of journalists. They may live under the same roof, but Andrew has never stopped seeing other women. He would never remarry her. They were both freeloading off HMTQ and hopefully, Charles will kick them out of Royal Lodge.

I was glad she was invited. After all she is the mother of the girls and it would have been wrong not to include her. She made a few mistakes and got a divorce but it takes two and nobody knows what she had to insure in her marriage.

I was hoping Sarah, Duchess of York would be included and was very happily surprised to see she was. She and the Duke of York might not be married on paper, but they are clearly a couple and I think that also had a very significant impact on being included and being permitted to sit with the family in addition to the reasons discussed in the video.

She went as the mother of her children, Princesses Eugenie & Beatrice.
She went as another daughter to the Queen, they kept up a very living relationship even though Prince Philip objected to her. It became an annual dance at Balmoral that Fergus arrived before the Duke of Edinburgh and left within 48 hours of his expected arrival. The Queen most likely made King Charles very much aware that Fergus was to be included. I believe that the swallow broach was actually a gift to her from The Queen when her father died as The Queen had a long and happy relationship with him as he was in charge of her stables for so many years.
Personally I believe that The Queen would have been more than delighted had Prince Andrew and her remarried.

Previously, the former wife of a noble or royal would still retain the title HG and HRH unless she married other man. But this was changed during HM Queen Elizabeth hence Diana and Sarah lost their HRH and The in front of their titles.

She is the only ex spouse who is alive. She is the mother of two princesses and is Andrew's friend and support. She and Queen Elizabeth were friends regardless of disapproval and disappointments. She definitely should have been included.
They were not made princesses...they were born with those titles...you need to educate yourself on the inheritance of titles ....all the children of male heirs to the sovereign are automatically born as princes or princesses....hence why Annes childres have no title and edward and sophie chose not to use them for their kids...but they have them and can choose to use them when they are older . Also...now that Charles is sovereign, Harrys kids automatically are a prince and princess...but hey...they are all now ex royals....right

All the children of male heirs are not automatically Prince and Princess. Only the oldest in this case Prince George. The Queen issued Letters Patent to enable Charlotte and Louis to receive the titles.
King George V decided to remove titles from many Princes and Princesses through a Letters Patent in 2017 because 4 "UK "Princes" living outside UK were fighting WW1 against the UK. That Letters Patent have been amended by George VI in 1948(?) and by HM QIIE in 2015. By this law, Archie and Lillibet can be Prince and Princesses only after Charles becomes King BUT they still cannot use the "HRH" titles. Only P Williams children are HRH Prince and HRH Princesses.
King Charles III have the right to amend this Letters Patent too, if he wants, to strip Harry's children from Prince and Princess titles because they are US citizens.
