I agree. She seems to be the strongest of the children! And loyal to her core. She’s never been given enough credit for honoring her mother in everything she does. She looks stern but that’s her character. No time for nonsense. She has always worked harder than her siblings. God bless her. It’s nice to see her a bit vulnerable. God bless the queens family. She did a magnificent job as the queen’s daughter. Her mother was very proud of Anne, with good reason.
It is very obvious looking at princess Anne that is heartbroken. She and her mother were very close. Her mother respected her hard work and dedication. She was very much like her mother QE 2.

That's what I keep thinking. I'm 65 and lost my 89 year old mom last summer. I watch princess Anne and her brothers and think how hard for them to go through days and days and days of funeral proceedings. EVERYONE watching their every move. I absolutely do feel bad for them. Losing your mom is difficult but in their circumstances it must be overwhelming.
Yes, she lost both of her parents in the span of just 15 months. This has to be so hard on her. I know she was very close to both of them. God bless HRH Princess Anne. 🙏🏻
Princess Anne is an amazing example of the Royal family. She never looks for the limelight and does so much work that often goes unseen. God bless her. Xx
I lost my mother ten years ago when I was sixty five and it was difficult for me. My father had been dead for a long time and it dawned on me that I was a sixty five year old orphan and the last member of my family.
Princess Anne is a remarkable woman and doesn’t get enough recognition for the dedication she has given for her work and devotion and commitment to the charities she represents.
Agreed. I have always had in interest in Princess Anne, she seemed a very private person. I hope she finds in peace and some comfort in celebrating an amazing and wonderful life that her Mother lived.

Princess Anne has never wavered being loyal to her mother and Queen. If there is a scaled down Monarchy, Princess Anne deserves to be at the top of the A-list. She has earned it. Princess Anne is the great herself.
I cannot agree more and always there when needed by either parent..especially for Prince William and Harry THOROUGHOUT their lives and especially when they lost their mum..She is a kind.loving.respectful, most trusted HRH Princess with Dignity and Class..She is her Parents Daughter in everyway.
Yes. I highly doubt that King Charles would remove Princess Anne in a scaled down Monarchy because of her decades of devotion to the Queen and to the British people. I'm quite certain the King spoke with his mother on these issues prior to her death. Just as it was the Queen's wish that Camilla be Queen Consort instead of Princess Consort (the Queen's devoted husband was Prince Consort) to recognize Camilla's devotion to duty despite all the drama decades ago, I would be quite certain that the same would have been said about Princess Anne and that she would continue to do her duties.
Thank you for this... All four children looked grief stricken..No matter how old you are, or no matter how old your mother ..it still hurts..Beautiful solumn vigil... absolutely beautiful.
Reality is the spouse usually dies within 2 years of each other! First their dad & then their mom within 1 year! The longer you have them the harder it is to live without them!!
Unfortunately my own mother decided that her family was not as important to her as as being another mans mistress and left us when I was 5 years old... But, at 58 years old, I am grieving the loss of my queen as if I had lost a mother...
True, it should be that way, but not all children these days love/respect their mom's. It's all about THEM! SAD. I'm one of those loving, grieving moms :(
Anne is an absolute testament to this family. Her devotion, dignity and grace place her above all her brothers. She should have been next in line of succession.
I know. I can't believe they still took him over her. He's a complete disappointment and bad example for a King. They change the rules all the time so they could have made her Queen. And Charles'..... .another sick story!
Having to go through all the ceremonies while your heart is breaking, knowing full well the entire world is watching your every move, has to be one of the most difficult things in the world. Anne showed the same dedication to her country and her devotion to duty her mother displayed when she stepped off the plane seventy years ago and assumed her role as Queen, all the while grieving for the beloved father she lost. The apple, in this case, has not fallen far from the tree. The Queen has reason to be proud of those she left behind.
You are pathetic .. who cares. The woman was a useless leech “where hath this race of men come from exhalted above the rest of us like some new species.” - Thomas Paine “Common Sense” 1776 … Royalty and Monarchy is an Absurdity
It makes no difference if you are 7 or 70 when your mother dies. The pain is so deep and raw. God bless you Princess Anne. You were a loving and caring daughter.

You can tell the love, respect and utter devotion Princess Anne has for her mother just by her facial expressions 😢 as a daughter who has buried her mother I know just how hard it is for Princess Anne and pray for peace and comfort I think alot of times people forget that celebrities and presidents and in this situation the Queen's family are human just like everyone else and hurt just like everyone else
And you know her strong sense of duty will propel her to continue that devoted service under her brother King Charles to continue to honor the Queen's memory.
There is something to always remember. No matter how old, or how sick your mother was it hurts immensely when she passes. It doesn't matter how old you are, it's hard to lose a parent. My deepest sympathies are with the royal family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
And I imagine it's been especially difficult for them to grieve as simply family due to all of the public scrutiny. This American military veteran has actually curtsied the American flag at half mast in honour of Her Royal Majesty and finds inspiration of Princess Anne's quiet strength
@@carol-annduggan5098 I don’t think it’s that simple. Losing a parent young before you understsnd each other fully would mean leaving without closure. Especially when you’re younger they’re always there to help, even if it’s through a phone call. Losing them at a young age would leave a gaping hole that was never filled to begin with. Meanwhile, losing a parent when you’re older does mean you got time to understand each other and become friends. It hurts that this person who has been with you your entire life, through dozens of not hundreds of situations with you, is no longer there and since you’re older you also probably have children of your own to be the tough ones for. Pitting one against the other isn’t really appropriate
One thing I will say about Princess Anne is that she led a very private and dignified life and went on with her duties and charitable work without drawing attention to herself or her family. She was a daughter that her beloved Mother, Queen Elizabeth could be truly proud. Our Queen will be truly missed. 😥💔
When I read this comments I realise how short lived are the memories of people. Princess Anne was the first one to shock the monarchy by divorcing in 1992 (and it was strongly suggested that she was having some kind of affair at the point with her current husband). I mean, fine for me, I don't think it's a dishonor but if they have searched her figurative dirty laundry as they did with Charles at the point, they would have produced some bad press. It's ridiculous to think that they are not people and they have their strengths and struggles as everyone. And if you are passing some kind of title as an inheritance you cannot expect consistency in the moral character of the person getting it.
She is brilliant..thank you Princess Anne for your service to your country and the commonwealth..it's very difficult for the royal family to show emotion to the public..but you can see the love and respect they all have for their mother the Queen..and for their beloved granny. May the Queen rest now.

I couldn't help but notice how Princess Anne was not only at Balmoral with her mother prior to her passing, but was she was also there afterwards for every stage of the late Queen's journey back to London, at every stop, without fail, ever the dutiful daughter.
The Princess Royal is truly a modern woman of her time. Love her devotion to duty and no nonsense approach to life. Princess Anne has earned her right to stand with her brothers at this vigil, more so than Andrew for sure. She has worked tirelessly and diligently to represent her mother, the Queen and the Crown her entire life. I can’t think of anyone who deserves to be acknowledged as one who made history in the Monarchy more than her. The royal family are more religious than political leaders. So it’s very difficult to compare them. Read the Scottish Declaration of Independence, for example.
Everytime I see Princess Anne in her full military regalia, rank, sash and medals, she inspires loyalty of a leader. I would follow her into battle. She holds herself as a leader.
I admire and respect Princess Anne as a person and leader (and think she would have made an excellent Queen) but I also do not think she should be wearing military uniform, as she didn't serve in the forces. But having to live through that grief always in the public eye must make it twice as difficult. Everyone acted with such grace and dignity, just as the Queen did all her life.

There is something to always remember. No matter how old, or how sick your mother was it hurts immensely when she passes. It doesn't matter how old you are, it's hard to lose a parent. My deepest sympathies are with the royal family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Absolutely... I wish them all well.
And I imagine it's been especially difficult for them to grieve as simply family due to all of the public scrutiny. This American military veteran has actually curtsied the American flag at half mast in honour of Her Royal Majesty and finds inspiration of Princess Anne's quiet strength
I think it is felt more deeply when parents die when their children are middle aged or older. You have time to become friends.

One thing I will say about Princess Anne is that she led a very private and dignified life and went on with her duties and charitable work without drawing attention to herself or her family. She was a daughter that her beloved Mother, Queen Elizabeth could be truly proud. Our Queen will be truly missed. 😥💔
Well said.
I also like the fact that she is like her father too, and doesn't suffer fools gladly.

@@rossjackson7352 - Why? And...who says?
@@rossjackson7352 says who? Do u speak for everyone and every country? Evn tho the Monarchy is funded by the people, have you ANY idea just how much money in tourism the Monarchy DOES bring to the UK? I highly doubt it. It's also keeps a level of respect and formality...look at the US. There is such disrespect for our military, law enforcement, and government, with the government having brought all of it upon themselves. They no longer deserve respect and that is SAD. When this country gained its independence from Britain the founding fathers knew this would come...they KNEW this time would come when the government became so wrought with evil and run afoul of its citizens. But no matter the personal problems of the British Royal Family, they remain that..personal problems. Sure there are some in the UK who want to banish the Monarchy..ppl like you who have no idea of what it really does in keeping with history and tradition, respect and formality.

Standing for 20 minutes at your mom's casket had to be so very hard. I know the four wanted to do this but how they kept from dropping tears is remarkable. RIP YMTQ
I just love her energy and authority....I always admired the way she carried herself....the very defining moment of one of the hardest working royals....
I’ve always been a huge admirer of Princess Anne. There can be no greater tribute to the late Queen than the genuine love we see from her children.
This video presentation was beautifully, thoughtfully put together. How rare and refreshing. Nothing but compassion and respect is shown to the family mourners and the departed queen.
Beautiful video. Princess Anne deserves all the recognition and honour a devoted daughter should receive. At her mother's side even after the end. Never letting her travel alone. And tt at her age, 72... God bless her.
I don't care if you are a King, a Princess, a shop-worker, or a homeless woman - your mother is your mother and the grief at her death is as deep as anyone else's. But having to live through that grief always in the public eye must make it twice as difficult. Everyone acted with such grace and dignity, just as the Queen did all her life. As difficult as it must have been to stand vigil over her coffin, all of her children were a credit to her. They've lost both their parents in a little over a year. RIP Queen Elizabeth II - I watched your coronation when I was a child and grew up all through your reign. I am so grateful for that.
Princess Ann is an incredible woman. She is an honor to her family and country
It's Anne with an E.
Am just wondering were all her medals came from ridiculous
@@fy1755 Idiot. Princess Anne's full-sized medals are as follows: the Queen's Service Order, the Coronation Medal, the Silver Jubilee Medal, the Golden Jubilee Medal, the Diamond Jubilee Medal, the Platinum Jubilee Medal, the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (Royal Navy), the Canadian Forces Decoration, Order of St John Service Medal, and the New Zealand 1990 Medal.
I lost mom when I was 28 and never got over it, time doesn’t heal the wound and there’s no medication for it.
Absolutely true...ik lost my mother last year, still heartbroken 😢😭
I lost mine 13 years ago 💔
It doesn't matter how old you are, or how old your parent is, it's still heartbreaking to lose the rock that you've been use to being able to see, call, laugh and cry with. Poor kids of the Queen.
True enough 🙏🏽😢
They had her for so long...she was their rock. Its hard to say goodbye. 😪
Repent to Jesus Christ “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done.”
Proverbs 19:17 NIV

She must have been close to mom.
These 4 have shown great love, strength, honor for their mother and Queen. They're amazing and I'm sending live and strength to this family in their time of sorrow
To have your mom with you and be a part of your life for more than 70 year's and then loose her is not easy, especially when you get up the next day and know that you won't be able hear her voice or see her anymore. It's amazing to see the siblings be so brave while most would crumble from the sorrow.
wtf Sky News Australia ist so schlecht geworden, das ist viel besser th-cam.com/video/BtB4FebTSnU/w-d-xo.html
I have always greatly admired Princess Anne for her iicredible inner beauty and the stoicism she has always displayed whilst carrying out her Royal duties, and now, in the face of her own incredible grief which she faces now on a very personal and public level. I can't imagine the deep sorrow and heartache she and the Royal family must be feeling at this time. May they find peace in the knowledge that people throughout the world share their grief following the death of their mother HRH Queen Elizabeth II. The greatest Monarch who lived and reigned throughout our lifetimes.
Let's forget titles for a second. Her mother would be so proud!!! I know this would not be proper decorum, but I wish I could give sweet Anne a huge hug!!!
I am deeply moved to tears....what a powerful moment it is to stand at the Queen mother's coffin. It reminds me of the time when i was the only female to carry my mother's coffin.Cant say anymore.May the good God console every member of the royal family and the entire nation.
The looks on her children's faces is heartbreaking. All of them are grown adults, parents and grandparents in their own right. First their father, now their beloved mother and they're children again.
No matter your parents ages when they die, you are still grief stricken. My father died in November last year at 96, and letting go was very hard for us despite his great age 😓
To Lose your mother as I have also lost mine is such a painful experience in one.s life. To see the dignity of her children standing so composed and honorable at her coffin in protection is such an inspiration and example of love. She is proud I am sure. Lets pray for the new king and all of the beautiful family she has left to give them strength and faith through this difficult time.
I think it can sometimes be too easy to forget that these people, regardless of their immense wealth and status, are just people mourning their mother, and a people mourning their Queen. Rest in Peace, Queen Elizabeth II. The people of all the world are touched by your passing.
