What are they doing in a cage? They are wild animals, don't try to domesticate them.

More than likely this is a preserve for animals such as this which can't be released back into the wild for varying reasons.

in wild, those animals could be hunted by poachers. There are ethical sanctuaries who save animals from being "pets" or being hunted by humans
