Sir I am fully convinced with your concept . Unfortunately I got late. In Feb. this year I had an heart attack in Dubai and had to undergo angiogram treatment. I am 80yrs old non smoker,no drink, vegitarian, do regular walk pranayam and lead a very simple life style. Since last one week I follow all your adwise . Dr. Bimal, I am also a doctor. Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. What you say about reversal of this disease by lifestyle modification?? As far as I know intervention is inevitable in this disease in form of myectomy and septal ablation. But is there any other way to treat it??
